I have been to this Starbucks a dozen times and have always been impressed. The staff is always extremely nice, friendly, and courteous. I have never ordered a drink that I havent liked. I have even tried some new drinks and they have offered to make me something different if I wasnt satisfied - it has not been necessary yet. The space is always very well kept as well - very clean. Overall, I have been very happy with my experience.

I went to this Starbucks and I got some drinks I needed to use the bathroom and I waited for a long time because door was lock. I asked for help and the girl at the counter was so rude she said: somebody is there. I told her I waited for long time and she said its not my fault nothing I can do. No receipt. Really bad customer service! Over charge

This Starbucks is set up in the most inefficient way possible. Its not obvious where the line begins or ends. Theres just a clusterf* of people hovering around waiting. I hope I picked up the right cup, because it didnt have a name on it! The service wasnt friendly or expedient. Not a typical Starbucks experience.
