As someone from Seattle I am incredibly disappointed in how this location is representing Starbucks. We ordered 2 coffees one of which was perfect the other was 3/4 full and barely warm. I was told that I could wait but I was completely out of time and the employees didnt seem to really care about getting a product out promptly. Speaking of the employees I was not greeted by one as I usually am when I order at home. What I was greeted by however was hair, sugar, and milk all over the counter. Starbucks is always my first choice when I get my morning coffee, tomorrow though I think Im going to try dunkin donuts. Ive heard a lot of people talking about it and seen a lot of their cups everywhere. I know one thing for certain I will NOT be returning to this Starbucks.

I dont like Starbucks to begin with. I like coffee that isnt stale and over roasted. Thats an endemic problem, but Im attempting to be as neutral as possible, and look at this shop as though it were in a vacuum. It has a decent study area and a Cover, so thats a plus, but the staff is a mixed bag. There are a handful of very competent espresso machine operators, and those who appear to be in more managerial roles seem extraordinarily good (though, I admit, this may merely be in comparison to the level of their underlings) Unfortunately, the customer-facing side of the whole affair just doesnt make the same grade, and that matters to me.

This could easily be the worst Starbucks in Boston. Long lines for drive thru which never move fast enough at peak times. The Baristas are always messing up on orders. Either the Croissant is not warmed up or the White Chocolate Mocha is served with additional toppings or the Barista actually ends up saying " SO you got a wrong drink it is not my fault I didnt serve it to you" They certainly need to train their Baristas better on Service quality and also on being quick. If you will find another Starbucks than stopping by here.

I love Starbucks. But... You know when you see a bird with a broken wing, and, you like birds so you wanna take it in and make it fly like the other birds... Thats how I feel about this Starbucks. The drinks are fine, when they get them right. But 85% of the time, theyre wrong. Even when they repeat the orders back I usually have to correct them twice for one order, (and the order isnt that complicated). I hope someone will fix their broken wing soon before they get run over or eaten by a coyote or something.

I agree with the two other reviewers that the Waltham (near Market Basket) Starbucks had about the worst service anywhere for an extended time. But finally Im starting to see improvement. Lately the most recent set of staff members has been very pleasant and professional, and theyre getting the drinks right most of the time now.

Dirty--litter on the ground all over every time I go--was sitting in one of the chairs and felt like bugs crawling on me--itchy feeling. Slow service--I usually go later in the day and it seems the employees are more concerned with tasks than customers. Not going back. Id rather driver further and find a different SBs.

The staff at this starbucks probably need more training. I have been to this location a couple of times and I figured it was just new at first, but the service always disappoints. I hope they either get better service or find staff that have some experience. Very disappointed and I keep getting disappointed.

Other than the cashier, who was great, they had a ton of staff yet werent paying any attention to in-store orders. Another customer finally asked which prompted someone to look at more than mobile and drive thru. Took over 15 minutes from walking in to exiting after only a few orders before mine.

I used to come here all the time, never again. I got an iced latte that was chunky. I asked them to remake it, it was still chunky and so full it was spilling everywhere just picking it up. By the way, coffee is not supposed to be chunky. GROSS! And a huge waste of money.

Slowest Starbucks in the area unless you order from the drive thru, and then dont expect complicated orders to be correct. This location is in desperate need of better management. Nice enough staff, but things are done in terribly inefficient ways and accuracy is off.

Every time i go through the drive-thru i have a terrible experience. The employee would ask me the same question at least 2x and still manage to mess up my order. I go here because it is the closest to my office, however, I may venture out farther if this continues.

This place is always slower than other Starbucks. I visit a Starbucks at least 3x per week and, while I appreciate this location being here, I have been known to just forego my visit if this location is my only choice due to how consistently slow it is.

First time visit in waltham. Came to see a former cushing sq. barista. Her name is Marta. We miss her in Belmont. Our experience was good. Service could be faster but very acceptable. Store clean. Appears to be a busy place in and out.

The relatively newly built outfit has a drive through and it is a stand alone building with outdoor seating and its own parking. The interior has a good amount of seating bit it can get pretty crowded.
