The staff here is one of if not the best team of customer oriented, friendly, competent baristi in the brand. Extremely large volume of mobile orders and a tight parking lot for the location can create small delays during massive peak time rushes.. be warned that 2:30pm-3pm when nearby schools let out 40-50 Frappuchino-ordering kids will descend... Despite this one caveat of the location, this staff handles it all extremely well. Management is very in tune with staffing levels and ensuring even new employees are well trained. Drinks are made with precision and efficiency, all while maintaining a pleasant attitude focused to always make it right by the customer.

Many Starbucks are great, but I think this one stands out. Granted, I dont frequent others much because I spend most of my time at the Medfield one... But theres never been a need to consider forgoing this one for another. The staff is extremely friendly, never talking badly about customers, very patient, have all the regulars orders ready by the time we reach the counter, and the service time is almost always fantastic. Be aware long lines (Saturday or Sunday mornings at peak time) sometimes take 20-25 minutes to get through and get drink in hand. But other than that its definitely neighborhood friendly and surpasses its expectation! Bonus: always clean!!

Its just your typical Starbucks. The parking lot is quite small and seems to be always full. The inside is kind of small compared to the other Starbucks locations Im used to. I think Ive just become spoiled by the drive through location in Walpole!

Busy, and the parking lot is small but there is street parking. Still, a great location and when its less crowded, a good environment to sit with friends.
