I really enjoy the food here. The kalbi is a little sweeter than Im used to when my mom makes it or I make it, but its a solid restaurant and really reasonably priced for Korean food and good portions. They were closed on a Monday when I was craving Korean and I went to another restaurant. The other place was almost twice as much and the quality was poor. Ive found my Korean restaurant in western mass. My Korean aunt introduced it to me in May and Ive been back three times! So yeah, worth it.

The very best authentic Korean restaurant near Amherst area. They offer customized Korean style catering service with reasonable price too if you ask for it a head of time. So happy to have this place!! Their kimchi and side dishes are always house-made by the owner and very fresh!

I decided to try the Korean restaurant since I live near by...I must say it was the greatest surprise of my life. I just had the best meal of my life...truly amazing food so well done. A hidden gourmet...Healthy and fresh, every bite was filled with flavor. Truly amazing.

Had never had Korean food before I ate here so cant compare it but the food was delicious - fresh and tasty. Dont let the outside appearance fool you, it is very clean and comfortable inside, with both traditional Korean and American seating. Will definitely go again!

Staff rushed us to order (literally told us we needed to); later in meal I was told by my waitress that she couldnt bring me a very basic sauce/condiment because the kitchen was busy. Food was good though...Only go on off-peak times?

Dont let the unassuming exterior prevent you from trying out this place: the food is delicious and the staff is accommodating and patient. A small retail store on premises has Korean sweets, packaged and frozen foods.

Its so incredibly sad that today is the last day they will be open :( I will miss you guys and the amazing traditional korean food. NO ONE in the area for korean can compare for authenticity.

It was an okay meal but its practically a sin to serve Korean foods without 반찬 (traditional side dishes) so I cant in good conscience give it full stars

Lunch menu at Gohyang Korean kicked ass . Bulgogi , Kalbi and Yakisoba were fantastic . All reasonably priced .Thanks will be back soon .
