This review is of Beemers Pub & Grill and the Falcons Nest Sports Bar =) Wonderful food, location with great views, large draught beer selection and good company. Beemers Pub & Grille is a welcome addition to Main Street Fitchburg! Starting with the location, right downtown in the old Family Federal Savings Bank building; 3 parking spaces out front, a dozen or so in a dedicated lot in the back (off Boulder Drive), abundant parking along Boulder drive and in a 2 hour free municipal Parking lot only 1 block away. In the warmer months, outside patio seating is a fun place to sit and watch the cars go by, and inside the views all around of Main street offer a more dynamic experience than your standard restaurant. The Food has been consistently impressive every time I have dined there (about a half dozen times so far). The Lobster Mac n Cheese gets rave reviews, as does the Tuna appetizer and Dragons Breath Chili (not that spicy). Multiple options for Chicken Wings are fun for a group of friends...the Sweet Thai are quite good and the PB&J wings are a must-try...uniquely delicious with sticky fingered peanut-y sweetness. The Quesedilla specials are always perfect, Sweet Potato fries, Steaks... all very good. Desert options are fresh and fabulous... try the peanut butter chocolate cake--with a friend or 3! ;-) Beer selections are good...lots of draught Wachusett options and most other popular options. Full bar in the downstairs & more draughts now open in what is called the Falcons Nest, in honor of our FSU neighbors! Two top of the line Diamond Pool tables ground the room, with multiple bar top tables and a nice bar area. Live music downstairs has started on a regular basis, and (4) 72" tvs are coming soon to the rounded walls to complete the sports theatre experience.

Recently visited Beemers to check out the new venue. We were greeted by our server who throughout the visit was odd, at one point offering us shots (because we said we werent drinking anything but water for lunch). She seemed under the influence. When we asked to sample one of the sauces for the wings, she brought out the wrong sauce but insisted it was the correct one. As a result, we took her for her word and ordered that sauce and the wings that came out were completely different.

Very Clean the place is starting to get realy popular. This is a place you must try. Live entertainment every weekend. The food was awesome and a good value.
