The first time I went to a 99 restaurant, which was probably 2004, I hated it. Just awful food. For years I always described my experience eating their chicken to that of eating a hard sponge. Since then, I reluctantly went back only to find new menu items and an overall change. The food was awesome, I couldnt believe the turn around. It was a memorable experience and most of the time, Id never describe a restaurant as memorable, but the food was so good and the service so lovely.

Pretty cheap for the type of restaurant it is. Service was good. I got a prime rib and it was pretty unspectacular, but for the price I cant complain at all. My food came quickly. Ill come again, but Ill probably look elsewhere for a good steak.

Great selection. Perfectly good swordfish. Little dessert entree combo was a great deal. Had a hard time deciding, you will want to be back to try more menu items. Really doesnt get any better at this price range.

Probably our favorite 99 location. Food is usually consistent. Beer is always cold and theres a good selection. Always a pretty good value. Our favorite waiter is Andy, who always goes above and beyond.

Not bad. Quality of the food seems to have declined recently but the service is good and the prices are mostly fair. Solid variety for groups of people who cant agree on what to eat.

Ordered their clam chowder and you would think it would be great from a Massachusetts restaurant. Think again, one bowl had 1 clam in it and one bowl had one potato. Really sucked.

Always clean and has the best food selections of all the small chain restaurants and the meal and drink prices are reasonable. Never had a bad meal there.

We waited 20 minutes for somebody to come take our order. The manager convinced us to stay and the food was good, service was still slow.

550 or less calorie menu is great if you are dieting. 99% of the time the service is good and the food is always excellent.
