Ive been taken to this restaurant on several occasions on business. The first few times the food was excellent. In the last two years, however, Ive been dumbstruck by how awful the food and management have been. On two occasions, I ordered a seafood pasta dish which I had tremendously enjoyed on my first visit. On subsequent visits, however, there was something seriously wrong with the scallops and some of the other fish that had been used. It was so bad I had to send it back both times. On each instance, managements response was that something was wrong with me. However, others at the table had sampled the dish and were in complete agreement that the food was not fit for human consumption. Management balked at all of us. Unfortunately, I found myself taken there in October of 2012 and recently in June of 2013. I was told to order veal, so I ordered veal. The first time, two of the three pieces of veal Marsala on my plate were excellent. The one stuck in the middle was clearly old, stale and very chewy. This latest visit, my whole order of veal parm. was off. The veal tasted like it had been cooked a week before and reheated that night with sauce and cheese. Later I learned that a fellow dinner companion who had also ordered veal parm, felt the same way. Based on previous experience with management, neither of us sent our meals back. Instead, we filled up with bread and Im writing this review. In the future, Ill be outspoken in directing business dinners elsewhere. Awful....

This was our first visit and definitely not our last dinner. We brought our family of 5, 3 in their early 20s and 2 in our mid 50s. Appetizers were good, calamari a bit large but very tasty and the mussels were fabulous. Salad was of mixed green with great dressing. (Note on salad/dressing-it comes pre applied so ask for it on the side if you like to control the amount). Main meal was amazing, each dish was done to perfection. Service was impeccable and extremely attentive. Wine selection extensive. Great new find and we are going back with friend this weekend!

Ive been dining at Casa Di Lisa for a few years now and havent had a bad meal. We always start with some seafood appetizers then a nice filet or pasta dish after. The staff is very friendly and always great at helping to keep the conversation going on a date night. We always sit at the bar or tall tables in that dining room. Weve been here during private parties and the staff doesnt skip a beat to serving you while tending on others.

I went to this restaurant with my husband this past weekend. The service was nice, and the restaurants decor was excellent. The food was ok but nothing special. There is some serious competition in the Pioneer Valley for good Italian food, and Casa Di Lisa does not stand out with their food. My pasta dish in particular was bland and relatively tasteless. Needless to say, my husband and I wont be back here again.
