I travel a bit for business and I popped into Ruby Tuesdays with some apprehension -- I have not eaten at a Rubys in years. I was impressed. The service was friendly and professional, the decor and atmosphere were comfortable with enough sophistication to qualify it for a more upscale eatery and -- most importantly -- the food was hot, fresh and very good. I enjoyed the mini-burgers and salad bar. The burgers were some of the best I have had in a long time (I am not easily pleased with a burger), the fries were crisp and hot, and all items on the salad bar were fresh, crisp and cold. I hope the Ruby Tuesday back home is this good, I will definitely try it out!

Great Salad Bar. Good salad bars are so hard to come by. This is a great one. The Barkeep tells me that there is a full time employee whose sole purpose it the salad bar. Its fresh, clean, well stocked and chilled well. Kudos. Great selections. The mystery meat was a mystery to me though. The best part is the entree is paired with the salad bar, so it leaves me with a good portion of take-away for another day. The unsweetened ice tea with extra lemons was very good, however the barkeep didnt recognize unexpressed refill needs timely. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Its all good and some room for small tweaks.

This is a typical Ruby Tuesday with food options of what you would expect. The salad bar appeared clean with an average amount of options. There were freshly cut vegetables and pre-made salads. Other than the salad bar, there arent many vegetarian options on the menu. However, under the salad section of the menu, theres an option to choose 3 sides for a set price. I chose Roasted Spaghetti Squash, Grilled Zucchini and Grilled Broccoli. All was fresh and seasoned. For those looking for a place to go to for Happy Hour, they have a $2 special on domestic beer.

A love hate relationship. In the past few years every time I would visit the service wasnt good. The visit I figured would be my last changed how I felt about the service, the manager came over to ask if he could fix the problem. Still sitting & only one at my table without food yet again .. ended up with anything on the menu and was told that the check was on them. I havent had any issues sense!!! I love the to - go. The grilled salmon & grilled zucchini are amazing along with the loaded baked potato!!!!

Ordered my meal.. pork chop and salad bar..received it coated in hot spicy spices, when the menu didnt state it was spicy. Took my plate away offered my friend if he wanted to eat it...then charged me $11 for the salad bar...if I had known Id be charged full price for the salad bar I wouldve made sure I ate $11 worth of greens. That was over a half hour ago and my mouth is still on fire. Tina the wait staff..hid in the corner after she dropped the bill at my table...wont go back to the restaurant.

Awesome salad bar as is the food!!! Been going there many years and its still a favorite! You can bring a large group there and everyone will be happy imo. huge selection to choose from! A lot people dont know it but their ribs are the best anywhere imo. Great selection from drinks menu, beer, wine and mixed drinks, whatever you choose its all good!! Ive never had a bad meal here. The staff is great. They have an extensive BOOK (menu) for all types of food allergies. I am dangerously allergic to things in the onion family; the manager and staff are always helpful and patient with assisting as I put together a tasty onion-free meal.

Food and service is usually good if you sit down at a table. However, theres one bartender that works there that never fails to screw up my drinks. Doesnt have any social skills either. Avoid the blonde scrawny white guy if youre sitting at the bar.

The salad bar was clean, and the food was pretty good. The whole place sort of smelled like cleaning products, and it had the same sad "near the airport" feel that places like that tend to, but Id eat here again if I was flying BDL

Food was excellent, as always but I was not impressed with the service. I was not given a straw or long spoon for my unsweetened ice tea and the waiter came over to take our order while I was still looking it over.

Was seated away from main dinning area, Bill was put on table before done eating never asked for dessert. Guess will take family to friendly for ice cream. Shame on you we know why so many rubys are closing.

One of the few restaurants that still has a Salad Bar. Havent been to a Ruby Tuesday in a while but it seems the Salad Bar has gotten better since my last visit. Great selection of fresh items.

It seems every time I find something I like on the menu, they change it on me, but overall its good food. A few times my burger has been overdone, but theyve rectified it pretty quickly.
