Food at this joint is constantly hit or miss. Most of the time? Theyre striking out. Which doesnt do the Red Sox any justice being only a half mile away from the stadium. Out of the 4 times we went there the food was substandard, atmosphere resembling a Chinese knock off of TGI Fridays and service that made my fiances and mine skin crawl. 3 out of the 4 visits the food orders were wrong, requiring the manager to handle the situation. Why? The waitress was a complete ditz. A blond day at its worst. Her attitude was fake, and undesirable even uncomfortable to put it politely. When the food was brought, half the order tasted like it was last weeks left overs, and the lettuce was wilted and brown. The reason for the two star was the one time out of the 4, the food was made correctly and the manager did everything he could to make me a happy customer. I still am not.

Not as cheap as youd expect. I love the crispy chicken salad but it took forever to get it. I sat in the downstairs bar area and Im not sure if it was because the room is big, but it took forever for someone to take my order as if the bartender and server werent sure who was responsible for that area. I like the vibe theyre going for in the basement, but the service wasnt worth the time. The servers are also really gossipy in public areas, which is great for people watching, but made me self conscious when I was tipping.

Went to this UNOs last week and later that night I had food poisoning! Clearly something was not cooked/stored/prepared properly. And yet there were only 6 people in the restaurant- it was dead- but oddly the service was so slow and it took forever to get our food. Mind you it was only me and my boyfriend. I was even more upset later that night when I was extremely sick with food poisoning. Very angry customer.

Good food, and while the service could be better, I feel its because this place always looks/feels understaffed. The effort being put forth by the waitstaff is great, but I feel like theyre always stretched super thin. That complain aside, because this is a comfortable choice with something for everyone, if I have visitors that cant decide what to do for dinner, I can easily recommend this place

Ive come here a few times with big groups. They have a separate dining room in the back for groups, and the staff is fairly good at dealing with a large number of orders. Sometimes drinks take a while to arrive. The food is fairly standard deep-dish pizza, but I cant complain about that.

I wanted to have a quick lunch with a friend and if turnd out to be an hour wait for a burger, fries, and chicken Parm. Meanwhile, our waitress was handling only 3 other tables. It was off peak hours and not busy at all. Food wasnt great either.

Great food, drink and noise when heading to a game. If youve had enough of vendor food before a game, try Uno. Ive hit many of the Kenmore spots after popping out of the T but Uno is always the easiest and the food is good too.

Got a take out pizza and it was drenched in balsamic vinegar even though I love balsamic vinegar. The arugula was all withered and prosciutto was way too thick. Absolutely awful.

Its not exactly the shining example of what Chicago deep-dish pizza can be, but its all Boston has to offer, and so if youre in Boston and craving a Chicago pie, this is it!

Snow storm whatever they are calling it and everything on the street of our hotel was closed except for UNOs. Great folks and good service, despite the craziness outside.
