My adult daughter was their today with her husband,daughter and daughters friend, my daughter ordered a salad. When she started eating it she found a metal screw in her salad! The district manager came over and offered her another salad and Wendy the waitress made a joke about a "screw". Not for one minute did anyone acknowledge the harm that could have occurred had this screw been ingested. No big deal just a random screw that made it into a salad. I plan on calling the board of health to have this looked into. My daughter did not make a big deal of this because She had 2 children with her and did not want to upset them. You have a responsibility to your patrons to have a clean and safe environment. You did not provide that. If anything you should have said this lunch is on us but no desire or concern was shown to provide any compensation for a situation that could have had disastrous results.

Upon entering this place, I knew I would enjoy it. the smell is that pizzeria smell I knew as a kid. There food was delicious, I got a Chicago deep dish that was really excellent and my wife for a flat bread pizza. That she didnt want to share. The staff were all super nice and really responsive. Also a really great place for the family. Tuesdays, for each adult meal, a kid eats for free. They are very accommodating for kids and even give them some colored dough to play with. And it doesnt feel like a kids restaurant. They even sanitize the high chairs they even cover them with cling film when not in use. I think thats the first time we have give out to eat and not sanitized the high chairs ourselves first.

Im from out of town on business I travel all over the United States. From all the places I been to eat dinner. This is the far worst place I have ever been too. I dont know how there food taste. Never got a chance to try it. I ask to seat at a bar, the lady was rude to begin with. Then as a couple was leaving the I was going to seat down cause a seat open up, but one of the bartenders says to me theses gentle were waiting and I said they walk in after me. Instead of arguing with her. I just left, turn around a saw her laugh and saw the guys laugh. I walk over there told them if there is a problem lets discuss it. Anyways this place is not even worth it.

Aahhhhhhhh. Everything got wrong from the beginning. We ordered appetizers and they came cold. So I teased my friend if it was a left over. We drew their attention and they had it warmed. Next was the entree cold. We had told them we wanted it steaming hot. It was as if from the fridge. Meanwhile the manager had given her word that shell make sure it comes the way we wanted. It was flat. I felt so disappointed Cuz my friend hose olive gardens and I said we should go to uno Cuz they have great stuff. That night everything service was flat.

The Manager of this Unos has just been voted "Unos Manager of the year" so I thought I would try it out. Now I know why!!! ......."GREAT FOOD", "GREAT SERVICE" and "GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL". every thing is clean, every one is friendly and every thing is as it should be. That gets my vote. I tried the new thin crust pizza which in one word was "AWESOME" My wife had the Baked Stuffed Spinoccoli and I was praying that she wouldnt eat it all, but unfortunately, she did. Dont miss out on this one......

Bar counter was filthy, she cleans leaves wet and puts me in a on. The plates were dirty. She took them back, had to riffle through the stack of plates for clean ones, gives us a clean plate and puts the dirty back in the middle of the clean plate stack! She sat and ate at the bar between customers. The food was luke warm and over priced! The service was slow and she gave me the last cloudy beer off a kicked keg. I will never come again!

Always like unos in a Attleboro until yesterday. My grandson age 8 was told by his waitress that his pizza was dairy free. It was not and he got very sick. My daughter was there and asked the waitress to check with the manager but she later admitted she did not. He could have died as he has severe food allergys. I think the managers of your establishments need to train should train their staff better. As this could be a bad situation.

Nice place, typical chain restaurant. Though the decor and presentation is little nicer than most. Prices are reasonable, service is fast and friendly. The quick lunch or 2 for $12 specials are good. If you like the Chicago style deep dish, cheese on the bottom type of pizza this place is for or if you nust want a change from regular pizza. Their burgers alzo look good.

Worst Unos Ive ever been t o! My takeout pizzas were soggy and gross. The worst part is there was a sharp, foreign object in the crust of one of the pizzas. When I called to inform manager, was left on hold for 10 minute. I called back and was told manager on duty, Maria, was too busy to come to the phone. Ill stick with my neighborhood pizza place from now on

Never had a bad experience foods always great servers are just as great theres a girl with red..ish burgundy hair I wish I knew her name shes an absolutely amazing server and I believe holly is another server I had that was awesome! Although there was a salad with a kinda breaded chicken I LOVED I wish was still on the menu ☹️

Tasty Chicago deep dish pizza. Menu has expanded to entrees and thin crust pizza. Most items are on point. Every now and then there is a miss. A flat bread pizza I had was very dry. Service is usually fast and friendly. Takeout specials are great. New lunch specials are available to those on a tight time frame.

GREAT PEOPLE... The staff was nice and the food was great the waitress treated us like family and the managers were nice and made sure we were happy ! In these days its hard to find customer service at its finest i will be coming here from now on!!! Uno is my new favorite spot to eat!!!!

The food is great, the atmosphere is great, and the service is even better. I do eat there quite often and have NEVER had a bad experience nor unacceptable food or service. I highly recommend this UNOs if youre in the vicinity and take a nice ride there if you are not in their vicinity.

Ordered takeout through online service. We live 5 minutes away. We waited 20 minutes upon arrival. It was explained that there was a problem with order. Brought it home and everything was stone cold except for the soup. Wont do that again. Waste of my $40.

Waitress was not friendly I went on an insiders Club night never was offered anything when I ordered my pizza came out wrong and when I ask for a refill on my soda it was wrong when I left she didnt even say bye or anything horrible experience
