As we walked into the restaurant and the greeting was great, very welcoming!! We were sat and our waitress indroduced herself and began taking our drink order. We ordered our drinks and my boyfriend ordered a beer, she carded him (as anyone she should have) and he odered a large tap beer, waitresses responce was " go big or go home". Which was a little odd but wasnt a big deal. We proceeded to order and my fiance had a question about the ground beef, the manager did his best to answer his question and sent the waitress back over to take our order. The waitress returns to our table to do so and proceeds to tell us, " I hope we could answer your question but my manager got mad at me for coming to him and asking him the question". We both ignored that statment and ordered food. She told me I could pick 2 sides with my meal, when I asked what sides I had to choose from she opened the menu and said that her throat was hurting her so she didnt want to waste all her energy on listing the sides because she needs her voice for the rest of the night. Again we ignored the comment, our food was delieved quickly and was very good. As we began to eat two more tables were sat and had placed there order, BOTH tables asked what there choices for sides were and her voice all of a sudden was perfectly fine and rattled off all the sides to choose from. We were waiting for the check, when the waitress noticed a small tattoo on me, complemented it and then stated, " I have a tattoo too, except mine are hidden were only some can see". Baffeled I paid the check, left a tip (although not the best tip, I was a waitress throughout my teenage years and would never not leave a tip). I do think the waitress ment well and could have just been having a bad day but I have never had an experience like that at any restaurant, not even a McDonalds, Taco or Burger King.

This is the only chain restaurant I have ever been a fan of since Bennigans disappeared years back, this one stands as the one of the few decent ones left. This location sits in a depleted shopping center in deteriorated Attleboro Route 1. The interior like most of these is TVs, bar and dining area. The one thing that made this place stand out is they take reservations and the service was excellent. Menu is typical steaks, seafood and burgers and also bar food. Prices are average and the food tastes good enough for a chain. This is also one of the few places that still has a salad bar which is quite funny but comforting in a way. Fast and attentive service and not a bad meal make this place worth coming back to.

The former review of Bryan Mitchell is false. He is an ex-employee who was terminated. This place is wonderful, has made great improvements in the past year. The new management is fantastic! Many improvements have been made to the food & service & overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Come by & enjoy the salad bar or the fall-off-the-bone tender ribs! This place is dedicated to giving an amazing guest experience. Please stop in & be greeted with friendly service with a smile. Plus kids eat free with purchase of any adult entrée after 5 every Tuesday night!

Im done with this place. I went there one day and sat at a table for about fifteen minutes, no one came over to greet me. Another time, the waitress had a real attitude, hardly ever saw her and we waited then to. This time I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and my bacon was close to raw. Its like they just put it on without even cooking it. It was gross. Not sure what happened to this place but I will not be returning. They dont even deserve the one star.

Enjoyed a delicious lunch of California Pasta Primavera. I appreciate the vegan options available and ordered it without lemon basil sauce or cheese. It was absolutely delicious. Thank you to Jamie and all the staff for answering my questions by phone and prompt, courteous service. Ruby Tuesdays Attleboro remains my familys favorite restaurant.

Worst management i ever encountered! My food almost always comes out wrong and the last time i went to the bar to order my drink and a spider crawled across the counter top. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Dont eat here...

The food is terrible and half of the time the waiter or waitress forgets what you ordered or how you ordered it and you have to wait for members of your partys food to be cooked while the rest of the table eats.
