***BLATENTLY LIED TO BY MANAGER THAT WOULD NOT GIVE HIS NAME*** I flew cross country late tonight into Logan International (Boston) for a Food Services & Hospitality conference in the local area of Attleboro. . . (ironic, isnt it?) After researching the liquor laws of Massachusetts, I called this local establishment after seeing their hours of operation on the Google + page. Long story short, I was told that last call is 12:30. The "manager" lied to me just now and said that the state of Massachusetts "requires them" to remove all liquor bottles from sight by 12:30 AM. . . Being part of the Hospitality industry, I took exception to this blatant lie and saw it for what it was - a half ass lazy attempt to turn away a patron so that said excuse for a "manager" could leave exactly at 1 AM. That is NOT how the restaurant industry works sir. When I asked for his name, my call was promptly disconnected. Furthermore, when I called back in to obtain the managers name that I was speaking to, there was no answer. . . as in, the phone just rang and rang and.. well, you get the hint. Nameless manager, if youre reading this - I will be in touch with Corporate tomorrow. You chose the wrong patron to lie to... perhaps this is your karma returning the favor.

Ugh. Im going to be honest, TGI Fridays is one of the better chain options in my opinion. But it honestly all depends on the location. I consistently seem to have better luck in the Seekonk location, but we were closer to this one so we figured wed give it a try. Obviously, there is high turnover in the kitchen and in these restaurants overall, and this is clearly evident in the food that a girl friend and I received during a visit about a week ago. I would like to give a shout out to Mike, our waiter. He tolerated our banter, kept are Diet Cokes full, and our apps coming endlessly. He is the only reason for the second star, and if I could rate his service separately hes a 5/5. That being said, the dumplings werent even brown, they were greasy and undercooked, thrown on a salad plate next to the luke warm motz sticks. I ordered the turkey burger, which tasted horrible and poured juice /water everywhere when I attempted a bite. I sent it back and used my points on the app to get a free dessert, and the pre made cheesecake was honestly the best part of the whole thing.

I ordered a bucket of ribs online and paid for it directly and after 10 minutes a manager named APRIL called me saying that they are out of the bucket of ribs. And i ask for my money back she said she will have somebody to call me back from the online order representative to give my money back. After 3 hours of wait still nobody contact me nor email. I decided to call the manager and told her that still nobody contacted me and still didnt get my money back to me. i needed it for my gas tomorrow since I used my gas money to buy food for tonight hoping that the money i paid for the bucket of ribs to be back after 30 mins or an hour.but all of the sudden she lied and told me that she didnt say that shell have somebody to call me back. And she was rude about it. Like seriously its my money and I needed it. You shouldnt be accepting payment online if you dont have the food ready. I am hoping for my money back before tomorrow for my gas.

Im appalled at the service that my friends and I had received. We went last friday to enjoy some food. An alternative choice to Cracker Barrel... and boy were we wrong! The steak was terrible.. apparently the cook doesnt know what rare means. Are you guys owned by Applebees? The wine wasnt chilled correctly, and was too acidic. I couldnt finish it. I wanted a few cubes of ice but where was my waiter? Nowhere to be found. Our waiter didnt even routinely stop by to check on us and make sure everything was good. He just took our orders. And when it was time for dessert, he gave us our checks and automatically assumed we were cashing out.. Is this what you really promote as a chain restaurant? Terrible food and service? I will not be coming back! What a waste of $30 dollars (My exact bill was $29.27) and however much my friends spent, and I definitely didnt tip!

This is my first time reviewing any place because I never thought it was important but I felt like it was my duty to inform whoever is thinking about visiting this restaurant. Summary: Drinks took around 25min to come out, after 1 hour of waiting for the appetizers we asked a waitress that was passing by about the appetizers and it turns out that the waiter never placed the order for it. The food came out 1 1/2 hour later. The food was of good taste but the service was horrible, 3rd and last time I come to this establishment.

Had a my way burger. It was good! Ordered it medium rare to ensure it came out medium. They seem to over cook them if ordered medium. The bun was unable to hold all the ingredients and it became a bit messy. Not entirely a bad thing, just got some extra napkins. Also had a Jack chicken sandwich. The extra glaze on the side wad needed and very flavorful with the French fried onions. The chicken was cooked nicely but had little flavor. Waiter was very friendly and did a great job.

I often come to TGIF, but today I was very disappointed with the fact that I had a hair in my appetizer. Was it some sort of sabotage for the endless app special to come to cease? Or was it the poor management to over see the incompetence of the workers in this establishment, to add insult to injury at no moment was a manager contacted to offer an apology or even comp a discount on my order. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment. Applebees youre up!

My husband and I went for a late lunch. He had ordered steak, I ordered the Parmesan chicken and we both ordered alcoholic drinks as well. It was very reasonably priced, the service was great and the food was amazing. We are planning to return soon and I would recommend this restaurant to a friend. Bonus: If you are just signing up for their rewards program, you get to skip to the front of any wait they have. They offer many rewards, including free delicious apps!

The service was bad and the manager was rude when came to us becuase we ask for him we waiting over and hour for our food when we finally got it all of it was cold.... then i told him he he told us well this oaye cant be raw cuz we microwaved it.... i was so shocked u never tell tour customers that.... i kno i work in customer service at a fast food restaurant never again will i go there and i use to love that spot!!!

Ive had better Fridays experiences at other locations. The staff seems distracted, I sat at the bar for 10mins with only 2 other patrons there with me. After finally getting a drink the bartender didnt ask if I wanted food or a menu. I grabbed the menu myself from the stack because of my 10min alone time. The apps I got were good and came out quick so that was good.
