Ooooooo, awwwww, wooow! Panera Bread, this location at least, kicks a$$! Man I used to despise Panera Bread and didnt like how people hyped the place up like it was a reinvented McDonalds or something. That is until I visited this spot one day. I was hooked. I never knew online ordering could be sooo simple. I downloaded the app and although I wasnt sure I would use it often, I decided to try it one day. I have a fear of ordering food ahead of time. I only envision my poor food sitting there, suffering, wilting, growing cold and alone, until I pick it up! Hahha, me and my imagination. Anyway, no fears at all here. The order is made fresh and my food has been correct each time. I did have an issue one day when I ordered acacado and it was partially brown! I brought this to the attention of the Manager and he corrected it immediately. Great service! Very clean venue and decent servers. One of my favorite salad spots now!

Great spot for working professionals on the move. Not crowded, you can always find a seat. Excellent staff, all very friendly. I brought an unusual issue to the managers attention. Not only was my issue resolved but I received a prompt and curteous call from their guest relations director. Turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. Its refreshing to see a large organization respond to and engage their customers - FIVE STARS!

Every time I go something is messed up. I waited about 25 minutes over the time they said my rapid order pick would be ready last week and today my sandwich was missing from my rapid pick up order. Maybe its just the rapid pick up because Ive waited in line in the store and got my order sooner and then they ask if u can come back and get it like you have time to turn around and come back. I will not be going back to this location...ever.

This location has problems with correctly putting an order together. They often forget to include parts of an order, like soup, or include incorrect sandwiches. Not very well run, in my humble opinion. But the food is exactly what you would expect from Panera. Update: At 6:49 pm on a Saturday, this location is out of baked potato soup and mac n cheese. If my kid didnt like panera so much, we would never visit this location.

I have visited several Panera Bread restaurants. This one did not impress me. Order processing was slow for the few in line to place an order. The place appeared to be run-down. However, the food did meet the quality that Im accustomed to at Panera Bread. Im a You Pick Two: Smokehouse Turkey on Three Cheese whole panini and Chicken Caesar Salad kinda guy. I was not disappointed.

If u love great food and a comfortable atmosphere than go 2 panera! Point blank it is a cheese/bread place so yeah its rich in taste and probably calories. 2 the naysayer that compared it 2 the plastic food at mickydees realize when ur ordering a sandwich that involves a lot of toppings yeah it will b a bit fatty but its real food.

Good food, friendly staff, gorgeous interior. Always enjoy eating here. Now and then they mix up an order but theyre only human and its always easy to fix--never been anything worse than giving me chips instead of bread as a side. Only complaint is that things out of stock when ordering online cant be refunded, only replaced.

Absolutely awful customer service. The woman wouldnt even take my order because of another customer who was whining. Rude and ignorant employees and customers. I walked out and will never return. If you are smart, you wont visit this location either.

The food is delicious, but its ridiculous you cant sit anywhere because idiots that are working and not eating are taking all the seats. I guess they have free wi-fi so people just sit and use the wi-fi. Panera needs to stop these people from doing this.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING IN ADVANCE. THEIR ORDERS TAKERS NEED TO WORK ON THEIR LISTENING SKILLS. 1ST ORDER WAS MIXED UP WITH SOMEONE ELSES ORDER, SECOND TIME THEY BASICALLY ACCUSED ME OF NOT CALLING IN ADVANCE. FOOD IS GOOD, SERVICE SUCKS

The You Pick Two is always my go to for a fast and satisfying lunch. Love their Creamy Tomato soup with the Garden salad. The service was friendly, and though the restaurant was bustling I found a nice table to do a little work on my laptop.
