I will never go back to this facility ever again! I ordered a cake for my daughters 1st birthday party for her smash cake and it was horrendous! Not only was the cake ugly, it was unsafe to give my child! When I ordered the cake the customer service was terrible. My father picked up the cake for me the day of the party and the store wasnt even open at the time we scheduled to pick up the cake with the staff member. This caused my father and the cake to be late to the party. We also had to pick off the hideous decorations which was Minnie mouse ears and a bow due to how uneven they were made and sloppy. Cake was showing through holes in the icing and I had to spend time picking off round hard candies they placed on the cake. They understood that this was a smash cake so I was confused on why they place items all over the cake which my child could choke on. I also asked if happy birthday could be written on the cake board and it was no where to be found. The owner should be ashamed of themselves for such terrible customer service and products sold to the customer.

Terrible customer service. Not possible to give less than 1 star. Placed an order 10 days ago for a strawberry shortcake. Received a call today from someone 2 days before pickup date, that strawberries are out of season and no local grocery stores have them. After work I went to Safeway that is right down the street and I find strawberries on sale. So had they actually checked a grocery store or a sales paper they would have found strawberries. I will not support their business any more.

All I can say is this is the greatest tasting cake I have ever had. The employees were all extremely nice and considerate. I had a cake made for my wedding which was just gorgeous and tasted delisious. People are still talking about it. From the first phone call to the taste testing and even stopping by months later to fill my cravings. Every bite is just amazing. And the customer service outstanding . A must stop by and have a bite !!!!!

I came here to get my brother a cake made for his birthday and let me tell you it met all my expectations not only did his cake turn out exactly like the picture it also tasted great!! The flavors were awesome!!! I will definitely be back again, oh yeah and did I mention the cupcakes; there so delicious and moist everyone was asking where did I get them from. This place is a winner in my book!

This is my go-to for cake and cupcakes. I entrusted them with my Dads 80th birthday cake and they delivered, being sure to reflect his personality and life in the design. Whenever I want to take something special to a dinner event, etc. I can always count on them. Great customer service!

DOWNDOWN DC. Simply the best cake that I have ever eaten. The cream cheese frosting was outstanding and the cake was beautiful. Would highly recommend this place. Do not frequent if you are counting calories.
