Paid for a Green Goddess Salad. Received my salad without certain ingredients (Avacado and Dressing) and was given to me in a dirty/used paper bag. Drove back to have problem fixed. Front cashiers were very accommodating and even offered a free pastry for the inconvenience. Received my 2nd salad and they forgot the dressing. Dont know if its lack of training or discipline but this is a fairly new location in the Foundry Row Shopping Center. The kitchen staff needs to step their game up quick, fast, and in a hurry.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich today and once my device vibrated and i went to claim it , it seemed to not be ready ... so i waited a little longer and it once again vibrated yet my food was still not ready . I ordered around 25 minutes ago and ive seen multiple people get their orders before me . I did not know a sandwich took 30 minutes to make when there are barely any customers in their establishment.

First time order something here. Bought a chicken fuji apple salad, got home and found theres no chicken and apple chips... I mean it supposed to be a "chicken" "apple" salad, right? Also found few other toppings missing. Im sure I didnt pickup someone elses order.

This location is probably the nicest in the greater Baltimore area. Its never packed, the staff is friendly, and the food is up to par. I love coming here when I work remote to have a cup of coffee and spend my day working. Definitely worth the 20 minute ride.

They are never really on task in the kitchen by always talking instead of focusing on the orders they get. They constanly get orders wrong. They give small portions of food that should be a little bit bigger.

Dont order a salad and youll have a decent lunch. My favorite is the chicken frontega panini. The iced coffee is strong and tasty.
