Stevensville location... Been to this store quite a few times but in the last two trips our orders were way wrong. We didnt get our orders at the window either we had to wait in the parking lot which isnt a big deal but is this the way they are shorting you? First order was missing all the biscuits and coleslaw second order was missing the all the sides we ordered. For $49.28 the order should be right dont ya think?... with a second visit to the window to be told that we should pay for the missing items!!!!

Waited 10 min in the drive thru. When we finally got to order they were "sold out" of popcorn chicken. Ordered a 12 instead and said they had to mix crispy and original because there was only dark of one and white of the other. Then out of Apple turnovers. This is a normal occurance which is sad, and the only employees are teenage kids who could care less. Fast food on the island needs to step it up.

My family went through the drive thru on Christmas Eve and got a simple meal of chicken, cole slaw, and mashed potatoes with gravy with two deinis. We had to ask for a second straw. Once we pulled away and got back on the road we realized that we werent given any utensils or napkins despite the fact that 2/3 parts of the meal required utensils. A disappointing experience indeed.

Sad. Sad kfc... always messes up your order. If you decide to ignore my advice and eat here... double check your order. Worst employees ever... slow and non caring...had to repeat my order 5 times and they still got it wrong. Chicken was old and chewy...i kicked myself for giving this kfc a 2nd chance..run away..eat at rs or chicken at shore stop

This store is an absolute joke. The wait times are insane and the orders are always wrong. Never have enough product ready, even during normal lunch/dinner hours. Place is severely understaffed, restaurant is always filthy. I honestly dont know how this place stays open, they also appear to have a high-degree of turnover.

Despite complaints to the parent company and owners of the store, they obviously dont care. Nothing ever changes, help is sad and clueless.....why would one invest in a franchise to ruin it? Sad for KFC.

Dirty, dirty, dirty... Need I say more? The little I had to interact with the staff was fine. But I definetly would not go back here due to cleanliness. The bathrooms were atrocious.
