Popeyes food is always great and when I moved here and found that there was one on my work commute I was happy. Unfortunately I wont be buying food here anymore. I always use the drive tru for lunch and every time I go through there is this very rude young lady working there. Im always nice to her, I say my "Hello!"s and " Please" s and "Thank you" s but shes so hateful. She says nothing to me but the price and "here" when she gives me the food, before slamming the window closed and walking away. Her face even scrunches up when she looks at me, like how a person looks at roadkill. If this had only happened once OK, whatever everyone has a rough day but today was the third time Ive had to deal with her and Im just tired of it. I can make the grumpiest of cashiers laugh but this lady just plain hates me and I dont know what I did wrong! Ive never done it before but I would have just complained to the manager but she doesnt wear a name tag with a name on it. She has one on her hat but its blank. I dont have any ill will to this young lady but I wont be returning someplace where Im disliked, no matter how delicious Popeyes is. I hope she finds happiness someday, lifes too short to spend it hating people.

The second to the worst experience I have had with fast food. The worst was with them as well. I was a regular but they kept messing up my orders over the last few months. Have not been in 2 mo. Decided to give it a try its convenient across the street from work I work night easy to feed the family. I to the drive through sit there 7 min before I had to say hello before they made me wait another 5 min to tell me to come around to the window to place my order there was no cars in front of me they could have been said that no apology was the lady at the window was irritated but I kept my smile on Get home half the order missing they didnt answer the phone called several times. I will be contacting coporate and it wont be a person I conversate with that I wont let them know how bad the service is

Im Taking the time out to write this review in hopes that they will loose a customer and maybe start working on being accurate when it comes to making food orders. Everytime I go to this particular Popeyes I have to check my food to make sure everything is there. If Im in a hurry and forget I have to call, Then when you call back the first thing to come out there mouth is "are you comming back so we can replace it" cant replace something that wasnt there and "i apologize" would be nice

Disappointed in the food. It tasted like underseasoned cardboard overbreaded chicken between two pieces of dried out bread with too much mayo. Cole slaw was drippy. Popeyes used to have great chicken and thats why I went there. The only thing that tastes the same as it used to were the beans and rice. Still had that good smokey, spicey, thick taste expected and enjoyed. I may have to try something else, but the sandwich I had was not the best.

Instead of letting you guys get 3 strikes your out on the 2nd. The chicken seemed under cooked and the taste just wasnt right. The food was very nasty and my order was totally wrong. I tried to give you all the benefit of a doubt even with my order wrong. It was totally DISGUSTING. I will never eat there again.

The rudest most uneducated people Ive ever talked to. Had to tell the drive through my order six times and every time I repeated each item back individually, and then she repeated it back to me completely wrong on the sixth time. Was so astonished at how illiterate she was that I ended up just driving off.

The window server sucked. No straws, no utensils to eat mashed potatoes, busted ranch cups in my bag so all over boxes, and he never gave my bank card back. Found out next day when tried to get gas. Now an hour drive and a half tank of gas later. Will not be back to this location.

Hit or miss. When its great its great, when its not its really bad. They get the chicken types (spicy or normal) mixed up sometimes and are in too big of a rush sometimes. Food is usually excellent when its done right.
