The only reason this is getting 1 star is because i couldnt chose no stars. Horrible food, we got 5 tacos, very simple dinner, there was hardly no meat on the shell, all lettuce, no tomatoes. Had to beg for sauce which they kept behind the counter. People poorly dressed behind counter. There was a very long drive through line, we went inside, and no body was hurrying to get customers anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE, FOR WHAT THEY CHARGE YOU SHOULD KEEP YOUR MONEY

Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience at this particular KFC. Deborah, one of the Managers, is in dire need of coaching. While the fare was typical, the service was not. I have frequented this establishment in the past, but have never witnessed such incompetence before. We were truly disappointed in Deborahs rudeness, and will not be returning. Please get her some help, or fire her. Thanks.

Have watched employees handel food with bare hands, wait times are ridiculous, food not fresh even tasted stale, most employees have bad attitude, minus 2 (older lady and younger black gentlemen, both usually have plesent demeanors) always told to pull around even though im only one in dtive through and no one inside...take extra time and go to one (taco bell) on mercury, this place isnt worth it

I get so frustrated when there is only a couple customers inside and about the same outside and it takes up to 10 min or more to be served. And like tonight I get home, open it up and its not like I ordered. I should not have to check to see if they have done their job right. Making my food cold before I leave. To many employees walking around for this kind of service.

THE FOOD WAS NASTY AS HELL , WASTED MY MONEY , AND CAN YOU SAY TRAILER PARK TRASH WITH NO EDUCATION ,WAS TAKING MY ORDER WAS VERY RUDE . ALL OF THE FAST FOOD IN THIS AREA IS NASTY ,THE SUBWAYS,MCDONALDS,AND THIS NASTY KFC/ TACO BELL. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY OF THEM. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A STAR.

Very,very, slow,unprofessional , rude ,argumentive,manager Mike unconcerned about issues,stays in office, employees act as if youre bothering them when placing an order. Instead of closing kfc at Riverdale ,it should have been this one.

Remodeled and nice. The place was clean, our order was correct, food prepared as to be expected for a fast food joint. Counter people were nice. No complaints.

The drive through line moved at a reasonable pace, and the bucket of chicken was good. It is one of the best quick places to go to grab food for a picnic.
