Worst experience ever.. With 4 kids I was wanting to try something quick but didnt want to resort to mcdonalds so we stopped here and that was a mistake.. She told me they didnt have kids meal corn nuggets even though it was on the menu.. then when I got my order in I pulled around and waited at the window for 10 minutes without anyone coming out to tell me it will be a minute, nothing.. Then when my order finally came I got my food and pulled away and some guy in the parking lot had to flag me down to tell me they forgot to give me something.. The girl who worked there told him to tell ME to come INTO the store.. I replied to him that I had 4 kids in the car and couldnt come in so he offered to get my food for me.. When I got the food it was chilli cheese fries, something they screwed up because I asked for CHEESE fries (Without chilli).. I got 4 kids meals but only 3 fries and 1 drink.. I somehow ended up with chicken tenders that I didnt order.. I asked for 2 sides of mac n cheese which I didnt get either of.. I didnt want to go in or pull around again to complain because I didnt feel like waiting in the ridiculously long line again (Someone behind me even pulled away because (Im assuming) he was tired of waiting) this place will be closed down within a year, I have a feeling..

Walked in for a family meal with dark meat extra crispy. Was told they were out of extra crispy dark and it would take 15 minutes more to cook. I said I would wait. Why does kfc always run out of chicken? Does mcdonalds run out of burgers? I walked into the dining room and sat down to wait for them to call me. After 25 minutes I walked back to the counter and asked about my paid for food. They said they gave it to others and it would be another 20 minutes. I said are you kidding, but it was true. Most pathetic fast food and KFC I have ever seen. I finally got my food after an hour wait and guess what they forgot my cookies. Maybe if they paid more than $7.25 an hour they would get smarter retards to work for them.

Only good at noon or 5 pm. This location NEVER has the chicken i want after 7 pm. Not sure how they stay open. When I ask them if they are making more they say "not today" & They were open for 2 more hours! Or if they do have the chicken at night, its SO dried out its not edible. They also never give butter, plasticware or napkins unless I ask (hard to eat mashed potatoes without a spork!).Keep food available & keep it fresh! Thankfully we have Chik-fil-A in Lancaster (soon to be 2). Ill eat there from now on. My hubby would eat at KFC more often but they dont have his favorite, the Double Down anymore. Lancaster KFC on Fruitville Pike always has fresh chicken, but Im over KFC.

Bad management or something! When we go after 6-7 pm they are always out of chicken strips & refuse to make them for us!! They dont serve potato wedges because they are part of A&W & they dont have the doublicious sandwich anymore (my husbands favorite). Half the time the chicken seems reheated & very chewy & rock hard biscuits. Weve had good experiences there but only at regular meal times/Sunday dinner. We always drive the extra 10 minutes now to eat at the one on I think Manheim Pike & have never had a problem there at drivethru (they have the wedges & doublicious!). Ask for butter-they dont give it for the biscuits unless you ask at the window.

Worst fast food expierence I ever had. The cashier who took my order through the drive thru was VERY rude. Her attitude and tone of voice was not pleasant at all. I felt as if i was more of a inconvienced than a customer. I had a decent sized order. She was impatient and when she realized i wasnt done ordering yet, she told me that i had to wait to continue to order because she was very busy. Very unproffesional. I would not recommend this kfc to my worst enemy Stay far away from this place. I will never return to this location and advise you to not waste your money there either.

Floors are sticky, lawn so overgrown and full of weeds i questioned if it was even open. When i walked up to the counter to order i was greeted by someone and I had to ask them to turn down the radio blaring gangster rap in the kitchen so i could here myself think. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and dont think its appropriate to have DMX at volume 10 in a public restaurant. Never go in here unless u plan on throwing out ur shoes afterwards....

The staff here is fun to interact with. but as will all KFC branches the prices seem high but when you are craving the Colonel then it is a good place to go. This location is about average in the cleanliness department. Usually the Chicken is done to near perfection but occasionally you will get some that is a little greasy, not sure why they let this happen. Compared to the other KFC location in Lancaster this one is the best

It is a very creepy KFC. I walked in to order food and all of the people sitting in there eating were staring at me. I felt so awkward and unwelcomed. The staff were very respectful and patient, just a bit slow though. When I walked in, it felt as if I was in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie. Either the people were just "strange" or they were afraid I was going to steal their drumsticks.

A&W is no longer part of this place. We came here for dinner and found the tables werent clean. Floor was dirty. Lights hanging down in need of repair. This was a half decent place but in my opinion has drastically gone down hill.

Ordered the original 3 piece chicken meal and Im currently waiting on it. Been here for 25 minutes and still havent received it yet.very slow and unorganized.restuaraunt inside has no air conditioning and is very out dated

Super bad experience... Everything was sticky and the whole place smelled bad. The restrooms were filthy and smelled like urine. The food was average but the environment made the food less then enjoyable.

The floors and tables were sticky and gross. We didnt get our food right away and when we did it wasnt what we ordered. I do not recommend this place. It doesnt even deserve the one star i gave.

Delicious! Had my 4th heart attack thanks to the tasty goodness of those herbs & spices. Not too many black people know about this place so cant imagine itll stay in business too long, though.

Decent food, horrible service. Drive though orders have taken upwards of 15 minutes. Usually out of items, or inhaling to make them the closer it gets to closing.

I just LOVE KFC!!! We both do, my Hubby and I!!! I really love there mashed potatoes and gravy . . . my Hubby like Crispy Chicken and I like the Regular kind :)
