Perhaps the worst BK on the planet. Today I waited 25 minutes for 2 Whopper meals. It was insane. They were also out of ice. This wait time isnt abnormal, and is why I usually avoid this store. In the past on multiple occasions after certain times at night theyve told me theyre out of items (onion rings, chicken nuggets). I highly doubt Burger King ever runs out of onion rings... All in all youre better off going to any other fast food restaurant. Its really amazing to me how bad this place is. It has been for years.

Absolutely horrible!!!!! 3 people working. 20 minutes to get food. Then when we get the food the fully loaded croissant only had 1/2 a piece of sausage!!!!!! And when we arrived back door was wide open. Cooler door wide open. Back door stayed open for almost 30 minutes and cooler door was open even longer. But who knows how long they were open before I arrived. So I give it no stars. This store has been awesome but it was 10 years ago. Something has changed!

Was not a good visit ordered 2 whopper meals 1 with cheese 1 without got the order and it was two whoppers with just cheese took them back up two get it right and they put the tops of the tomates with the core still in them on the sandwiches and on top of all that they had the crew member in the dinning room cleaning the tables and chairs and she used the same towel to wipe the tables and chairs I will never go to that burger king again

I went to Burger King today and I was greeted by Courtney to take my order. This was at the Burger King in Mechanicsburg, PA on the Carlisle Pike. Courtney was rude and had a problem with rolling her eyes and flinging a beverage holder. Please know if you go there, you will spend your money to employ people like that.

There was large, gross, and smelly pile of puke outside. I went in to tell the staff thinking they didnt know about it and they said "oh we know...dont have enough people to clean it up" mind you, there were 5 people standing around doing nothing and we were the only customers.

Came in at 9pm asked for a milk shake and I was told the machine was down. Came out to be that they started to clean it before closing time. Also I waited for about haft hour for my meal and the crew got upset when I asked why was it taking so long.

Great and fast service but they havent had drive through service for a while now. Their hamburgers are delicious, good french fries. Their onion rings were a bit small and greasy not quite how I like it. I would go back again.

They kicked us out because they were "closing" when all their signs said they were open till midnight. We waited for 30 minutes for food. They sat there and did nothing. They even turned their lights off on us! Terrible!!

manager, Dave informs me that owner lets them close early. Ran out of product before close. Had crew people doing managerial functions. Heard him tell crew person... "WHATS IN THE TRASH OVER THERE". DISGUSTING

This is typical fast food. Got onion rings for the first time. They were not even warm. Not to mention I was not impressed with them at all. I guess the saying holds true "you get what you pay for".

Had not been in years. Wanted in line, ordered, 20 minutes later given a barely warm whopper and reheated double salted fries that couldnt be eaten. Dont need to go back anytime soon
