The people who work here are quite friendly. Whenever we come here, it starts out relatively quiet, but whenever we leave, more people are coming in for dinner. We usually split a vegetarian platter and an omnivorous platter. Its a good price, and they give plenty of injera to go with their menu items. The food is tasty, but then in the DC area, I havent really had any bad Ethiopian food. So maybe the ambiance isnt as authentic as places around Adams Morgan, but its an easier location for us, and Im happy with the menu. The businesses off of Old Columbia Road have small lots. If you are coming from the south, it might just be easier to turn into the Burtonsville Shopping Center and then turn back around south so its an easier right turn into their lot. Its really not that bad, but sometimes during rush hour, its a pain.

The food here was fantastic, we liked all of it from the wide range of vegetarian to the lamb and chicken dishes. We really liked that there was a mix, some spicy food and some not spicy as we had a range of preferences on eating spicy food. The injera is also really good. We ordered a couple of the sampler platters for a group of 5 (with 2 kids). Service was friendly and attentive to all of our needs. We had a great meal there and will go back again, Id recommend it to anyone to try it. Anyway, this place is fantastic, Im already planning my next visit and looking forward to it.

Very tasty food. We ordered the vegetarian lunch plate and it was plentiful and very fairly priced. Id highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Ethiopian and to all who love spicy, yummy food in general. Especially good for vegetarians.

We order meat sampler 2 its comes with lamb ,beef ,chicken and ground spicy beef and 4 veggies .so tasty and freshly served. My suggestion is if youre 3 or more try this less than $34 .dont forget the samosa . delicious

Decided to try Sorettis out for lunch today and was pleased to discover this delightful little spot. The people were wonderful and so kind to the children and the food was delicious! Will for sure be stopping by again.

I love the food. Very traditional. The owner is always makes me feel warm and inviting whether we eat in or order take out. I have been a loyal customer since they opened. Ethiopian is one of our families favorites.

Delicious Ethiopian food! The location is oddly situated so be on the look out as you arrive. The service is great and the world music is stupendous. I love eating here.
