Series of events: o Sat at Table at 3:45pm o Waiter acknowledges our presence at 3:58pm o Waiter brings us water at 4:10pm o Waiter brings us salad at 4:30pm o Waiter brings us Breadsticks at 4:56pm o Waiter informs us that our appetizer was messed up at 4:59pm o Waiter informs us,main meal and appetizer will be out at the same time in about 15 minutes at 5:18pm o I tell the waiter that weve "dick danced" long enough. Please pack our food to go and that we need the check at 5:19pm o Waiter brings check, but no food at 5:30pm o I approach the front desk and ask if they need me to call backup for the search party for my food at 5:35pm o Manager type person magically appears with sweat on brow, and smiling with all of my food in a to-go bag at 5:40pm Remarks: That is the 5th time Ive eaten at this establishment with the same general issues. I assume its due to swamp gas, Chupa Cabra, or everyone ate a bowl of stupid for breakfast that morning. I apologize for you, for losing my business. I wish you all the best of luck in the future, I assume stupid in the body takes 3-5 days to work itself out of the body.

I went to olive garden restaurant on July 4th, looking forward to have a great lunch with a friend of mine around 2:40pm. Then we ordered meals and drinks and patiently waited. The server did not offer to give me a straw for my drink . And then when I asked for it she just pulled one out of her pocket and placed it on the table. Then the second mistake she did was bring my friends order first and not bring mine. When I asked her she said my order takes a little longer to cook. And then she brought my food about 10 minutes later. And finally the third mistake was that she brought the wrong order. I ordered a steak toscano and the food placed in front of me was something else. Then I had to call the manager. The bottom line is that I didnt have a lot of time and that I drove 30 minutes to get to the restaurant looking to have a decent meal . But turns out that I wasted my time and never got to eat my main course and had to leave the restaurant with the out most disappointment. The name of the server is Evelin.

As usual the service at the Olive Garden at PG Mall was wonderful. I had two of my daughters and three of my grandchildren with me ages 5, 2, and 1 of which the two smallest couldnt sit to a table so my daughter requested we be sat at a bench...Unfortunately, they were busy and one to accommodate us was not available for another 30 mins or more. We agreed to wait. This was evidently told to the manager because shortly thereafter, she came and talked to us to ensure us that she would have us seated before this time and she did. In addition to this, we were given the nicest and most accommodating waiter who made our experience even more enjoyable....this is why I love Olive Garden...my only regret is that Im so tired right now I cant recall the name of the nice manager and waiter who deserve to be recognized. If it helps, I was at the PG Mall location in Hyattsville, MD the evening of 6/20/17.

Being that ithe is mothers day I can understand that it would busy but I must say that isnt any excuse for the service that was given to me. From the time we arrived we waited almost 2 hours after being quoted at a hour and 10 minutes we were told mutiple times that our table was being cleaned but still waited 30 minutes to be seated. The server was attentive but the people they had helping him were not so. My sister had her drink spilled on her due to the girl bring the drinks was not paying attention. The cup broke into pieces; and glass actually cut her foot. The food was OK the pasta was under cooked making the food chewy and taste less. Again understand it being busy but that shouldnt take away for quality of the product that your feeding your customers. All in all our visit was okay but I wouldnt come back.

The food was pretty good, typical olive garden type stuff. Do they do take out? If youre in the area and craving some pasta then order some for pick up. However siting and eating there is not worth the food. I went out for a romantic evening out with my bf. The waiter was pretty okay, he was nice while speaking to us but we felt rushed during the meal, he bought out our entrees while we were midway through the salad then at the end when we wanted to just get to check and leave, we had to wait almost as long as it took us to eat our food.. Anyways about management, they were VERY unprofessional. They were having an argument with each other and a few waitresses literally less than a feet away from our table. It was loud and obnoxious and extremely inconsiderate to us and everyone in the surrounding area!

El domingo pasado estuve allí en ese lugar ..hice uso del baño al llegar allí había un mesero uso el baño envió unos textos y sale sin lavarse las manos ..no pude grabarlo y no le vi el nombre pero si salió sin lavarse las manos...después le tocan los platos a uno ...sabía ir muy seguido pero ahora tendremos que pensarlo porque fuimos allí 7 personas las que siempre visitamos ese lugar..

The food in on par with most other Olive Gardens but the service is hit or miss. I have been there when the server was pretty good--although the one yesterday rolled her eyes when I asked her to put some grated cheese on my takeout addition to the bill--and sometimes I felt like I would fall asleep before the server showed up at the table. They are constantly crowded but that just means that management needs to figure it out. The manager yesterday did come by and at least ask how the server did. That was impressive because that usually does not happen there. I would suggest it if you like their food but do not be surprised if you see a fly lurking about. They are always in there.

Great service at this Olive Garden. The food is typical Olive Garden and always comes out hot. This restaurant gets crowded and its parking lot is not large enough with the number of tables inside. There is plenty more parking in the mall lot, but even that can get packed. Just keep this in mind if dining here. I have found this Olive Garden to have the best customer of others in the area. Servers are quick to do refills on bread sticks, sodas and soups. They are quick to take orders, bring checks and doggie bags. I appreciate that even when busy, the staff has neither abandoned me to catch up or rushed need out for the next check. Highly recommend this location.

Good customer service provided by waitress, she was nice and attentive ,but we found small pieces of glass in the smoothie of our nice ,we notify the waitress and she apologize and offered to bring the manager to the table, that manager Mr.Lockwood acted unprofessional not even excused or apologized, instead he said that it was just small pieces of fruit seeds that the blender couldnt processed, we ensure that that it was pieces of glass after three of us try the drink and tasted that for sure it was small peaces of glass in that drink. We are concern This is a health hazard. Thanks for your attention.
