So this cashier lady on the front counter looks at me like Im an alien since I couldnt pronounce Sprouted Bagal right i guess becauseI have a little bit of acent and it was like 8am an i had just woken up drove from my house to this location and since I was getting late for work I didnt check when I had order, I just quickly grabbed it and left that i dont know her name or what her problem was with me she gave me the thinnest and shittest bagal with rotten cream cheese, now Im at work without breakfast or whatever So Panera bread management need to hire people who are people person like dont hire the people who thinks like the world owes them something for standing there. like do your job just be nice to people and make the food right

I just went to panera this afternoon for a cafe mocha but after waiting in line for 10-12min then paying for it then waiting another 10min for what i ended up with was hot milk no mocha. The young lady was clearly overwhelmed with amount of orders coming thru and found it to be very interesting that no one came over to help her out. I frequent many of the other locations and although you have to wait longer sometimes its fine but your generally happy with what you waited for. Rosedale locations plz address this issue.

Over all customers service is fine. The robust coffee for the last 3 months is less than robust. It was not always this weak. I have to go to the White Marsh Store to get a robust coffee. There is a noticeable different in the coffee at the two stores. Hope you will start making it like you use to , because it is watered down. I have been drinking your coffee for years. Now I have to go to the White Marsh Store to get it. Fix this, thank you. A coffee drinker.

Did you know that Panera Bread is also a Bakery? You can get a loaf of any of their sandwich breads if you want, or other pastry items. The menu can seem overwhelming at first, but be sure to read through carefully as there are a lot of different items to choose from. And different options for ordering things. I would recommend using their app for call ahead ordering as their app makes customizing your order a breeze, and the wait can be long during peak times.

Made the order over the phone when they had 2 soufflés and came 10 minutes later. They ended up not putting them to the side, so they made me change my order. I asked them to take the red peppers off my order and they did not. To top it off they overcharged me for the 2 soufflés instead of the half panini that i got. Im going to be sticking with the white marsh panera from now on.

Very inconsistent. Have been coming here since they opened this location. Getting promotional discounts is hit or miss. Food is good, but service is just okay. People on register have very little clue whats going on with the menus. Check your receipt, Ive been charged full price 2x for you pick two orders. Considering going to other location from now on.

Panera bread is always delicious. Healthy options...but... their pumpkin muffins are the bomb! Wish they made more but staff let my husband and I know that we can order them earlier in the day and pick them up later since our work schedules only allow for visits in late evening, and by that time the pumpkin muffies are gone. (Not their fault per se).

Great place! The food is always FRESH! LOVE THE bread bowls & the seasonal sandwiches are amazing. ..they are a little more $ then other places...but you get what you pay for...& its DEFINITELY worth it ! ☺ will continue to treat myself & family to Panera Bread

I Love Panera, autumn is the best time for soups, there Autumn squash soup is OMG I am in love with this soup, they put little pumpkin seeds on top. A must try.#1 When its gone Im sad. Thats how good.
