We stopped by the Yummery on a whim about three days before my daughters gymnastic themed 8th birthday. Having driven by the bakery daily for months, I was curious, especially given its location. Well, I realized upon approaching the door that my spontaneity,as it often does, had gotten me and my soon-to-be disappointed 7 year old to the bakery 20 minutes too late. However, I have thankfully raised a determined, resolute and steadfast child (aka stubborn and bullheaded) who knocked until a smiling, kind, and enthusiastic woman, undoubtedly the owner, emerged having heard my child through a cacophony of pots, pans, mixers and other equipment used to make the magic that came from that kitchen. She spent 10 minutes brainstorming with my daughter who was thrilled to feel that her cupcake vision was understood. I was thrilled that I had the foresight to have ordered 6 extra, 1 of each of the flavors we ordered. They were ALL delicious, and I look forward to trying the other 36 flavors!

For my boyfriends 30th birthday, I threw a party with about 30-35 people in attendance. I ordered a two-tier cake with a Black Bottom cake as the lower layer and a Reeses Cup cake as the top layer. I could not have been happier with how it turned out! Both layers were absolutely delicious. The cake was such a hit with my guests, I didnt have a single piece leftover. The decor was exactly as I had requested. Christi was very accommodating and easy to work with. I will definitely be returning for my next event.

Bought two cupcakes, one vanilla and one black bottom. Tried the vanilla, had a somewhat minty aftertaste, the frosting was super light and whipped like whipped cream instead of the thick consistency I was expecting. But the cake was decent. Nice staff. Gave away the second cupcake, wouldnt go back.

Great cupcakes here, in a wide variety of flavors. If ordering in quantity, or with special requirements such as being gluten-free, call a week in advance and you wont be disappointed.

Moist, fluffy, not too sweet cupcakes with swiss meringue buttercream. So delicious! I got the oreo cupcake and tasted the snickerdoodle. I was very surprised by how good it was.
