I used to come to this firehouse subs fairly often but stopped because they have not once got my order correct. I gave it another try today while out shopping with my parents and boyfriend and what do you know, still got my sub wrong. In line one of the employees looked at my mother and said "let me guess, pack a day Newport smoker?" My mother may have been a stripper back in the day but she has never touched a cigarette! How rude! I went to complain about my sub being incorrect and they seemed not to care. I asked for the manager and the little black boy with fake diamond studs said he was the manager. I knew he wasnt because lets be real, he black. So after finally letting it go I went to the bathroom only to find a used condom in the sink. What kind of establishment are they running here? Unbelievable wont ever be going back again. PS RIP Ryan Dunn

My first and last experience with Firehouse Subs.... I made an order online and picked up at the exact time they said it would be ready, and it was. However, once I got home I realized they forgot my kids brownies, forgot their drinks, forgot the firemans hats, forgot to put cheese on my chili, forgot the honey mustard on my wifes sub, the chili was stone cold, and the subs were half soggy. Not to mention, they just werent anything special. I would much rather have had Subway or Jerrys. Firehouse Subs commercials talk real big, but they just dont deliver on their promises.

Yes! My first taste of Firehouse Subs today. Pastrami and corned beef, the "New York Slider": lean meat, warm fresh roll, tasty combination of juicy condiments, and a huge variety of hot sauces from which to choose. Delicious. Why did I wait so long to try this place?! The staff were friendly, upbeat, and seemed to actually enjoy what they were doing. The only negative in my visit was finding out that my sons selection of the beef brisket and cheddar combination was even tastier than the sub I ordered. But Ill just blame him for that! I will be back soon!

This place is great. Every time its past noon and me and my dad are running errands we stop by for a bite to eat. The sandwichs are amazing (my favorite is the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket) and there pretty fast for making such good sandwiches. The combos are one heck of a deal (sub plus chips and a drink) I get one every time. Lastly they have the coca cola freestyle in their store. if you are starving get a large beef and cheddar brisket combo and chow down. I almost guarantee you wont be hungry anymore after that

Food was great! Customer service could have been a little better. Cashier didnt seem like she wanted to be there. We heard an employee ask another "does this look like roast beef?" Which was a little concerning considering she was making subs. Overall good experience we will try it again.

the place is great they clean the tables often they seem to never run out of coca cola freestyle drinks choices and most importantly the food is AMAZING there best sandwich (in my opinion) is the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket.

I have been getting the FH, turkey, bacon, ranch forever (the only one I purchase). My husband went there at lunchtime today, and my sub had no ranch, miniscule bacon, the worst sub Ive ever purchased from them. Wont be back....

High quality subs. I love the fact that you dont have to have the meat heated if you prefer it cold. The staff is very accommodating and the sandwiches are yummy. :)

Good food but the service is slower than other Firehouse sub shops. Also, Im pretty sure employees shouldnt be eating their own subs while making subs for customers.

Bought two sandwiches. Was way late being prepared. There were plastics rings from meat wrapper in sandwich and we wound up tossing both. Not going back.
