My husband, I and our friend came here on Friday night around midnight. We were starving as hell. And we were ready to spend money since we were about to order 3 entrees, 3 appetizers and drinks and I would def force them for a dessert as well. A nice greeters/host met us with smile and being polite. No complaints about them. We got seated to the booth. And then we were ready to order. 5 min. No one coming. So our friend went to the host stand and asked if anyone gonna take our order. So the hostess came she apologized and said that they are "kinda busy, but she can take our drinks order". And we are starving. And the section where we were seated was empty. Only us and 1 more table which is finishing up. Its still a mystery for me how our server is busy? Same as other 5 servers passed us by (I get it its not your section) but they didnt seem to run around like they are busy just walking. Same as I would say its not a full house its 60% capacity. So after all that time I would say 15 min. I have decided to put a timer on just for curiousity how long it will take? And guess what I see, the server walking to the door, the host tells her to take our order and she (server) points at us with her hand and makes a facial expression like she doesnt give a damn about us, I looked her in her eyes and she saw that I see her, she takes off her apron and walking out. I understand its midnight. Maybe she was working a double idk. But since I am working in very busy restaurant myself I know how it is. So even if you dont feel like working on Friday. And dont wanna take a table. At least dont stand in the middle of the floor and dont point out at the customers! Especially when they see you! This is so disrespectful! I am from New York and honestly when my family (all the way from Russia) comes visit and we go to stupid times sq. and then to eat at Fridays, the service over there is way faster, on a Times sq., the busiest tourist place in the world. Mb its not that clean and shiny on a times sq. But in term of being really busy but still serving fast and with no attitude they are def. win! My advice, Please fire this girl cuz she is obviously not happy with the job she does. So give her a favor and end her torture. Horrible experience and its ridiculous that we end up being hungry cuz of one stupid person who doesnt wanna do the job. We left, my timer was showing 10min. So 25min no one took our order and the server went out mb to smoke or idk. Mind me - we always tip 20%. Her lost. Peace.

tl;dr - Loud, slow. Dont go sober, or at all, really. Went in on a Thursday evening. At first the hostess tried to seat us at a table more or less in a walkway next to a couple whose shouting was probably a violation of several OSHA regs. When I requested another table, she seemed a bit miffed shed have to walk another 20 paces, but eventually put us in the direct line of fire of another group trying to outdo the Zoos orangutan exhibit. Then we waited. Then we waited some more. As best I can tell, the waitstaff are mostly hired based on looks, and certainly not efficiency. There were three or four waitresses hanging around that, best I can tell, were solely there for show. Eventually a waiter moseyed over. His hair looked quite a lot like the Hitler Youths. To his credit, though, he seemed to be the only one in the place doing anything productive. He took our drink orders and disappeared. Then we waited. More auditory bombardment. By the time he got back (20 minutes or so later) with my water, wed decided to leave. Another 10 minutes and a glass of ice with a bit of wine (or vinegar, maybe) and berry sludge ($11ish, look under Sangria on the menu) showed up, along with the check, which wed requested. We paid and left. Id love to write more, but there wasnt much besides noise, loafing waitresses, more noise, and the sort of boredom that comes from not being able to talk to the person two feet away. Summary: either show up so drunk you dont mind, or find something else to do.

i visit this Fridays atleast once a week and always sit at the bar and recieve excellent customer service from the bartender CJ! She is the best and keeps me and a group of my friends always coming back. however, today the service was good as always but i was very disappointed to see a manager address her out at the bar for an error i guess he thought she made but it was inappropriate for him to discuss the matter in front of customers while she was assisting us. Im not sure of his name but he was a tall stalky man with black hair and i didnt appreciate the vibe from him at all with whatever issue he needed to address. They should know CJ is the reason why alot of us continue to come there on a regular. Its atleast 6 of us that come a few times a week because we work 5 minutes away. She is always smiling and helpful each time. kudos to CJ!

I have been to this location many times over the past few months, mostly because of the coupons we had been getting in the mail (15% off or $5 off). Weve had issues more than once redeeming the coupon, either they forgot and we had to get the bill fixed or they had to get the manager to make it work. To add to our frustration, the service is consistently slow, as if they are always understaffed, but the staff isnt exactly rushing around to make up for it either. Also the atmosphere has been very noisy, with the last trip including an almost constantly screaming child. That said, the food is what you typically get from a TGIFs, no complaints there. Weve finally given up and dont plan to return to this location again, even if we do get more coupons.

I keep giving this cesspool several chances but this is my last time. Yesterday I order $80 of pick up food and was told it will be ready at a certain time. I got there 15 after the appointed time just in case but I soon as I told the little girl seating people I was picking up, she told me to sit. After another almost 15 minutes, I confronted her and lucking the "manager" or person-in-charge showed up and rudely told me he will check. He came back with my food, no thank you, no nothing. The food was warm which meant it was sitting there for a while but princessa and her boyfriend didnt want to get it. These idiots are not fit to work in a food industry, they are SLOW, RUDE and almost enjoy telling people to sit rather than help them.

Im not one to write online reviews but this Fridays is so bad I cant help but voice my opinion. I live just down the street and Ive come here several times and almost every time Ive had a bad experience. The service is always slow and the waiters constantly get food orders wrong. The last time I went, I actually had to walk out after waiting for someone to come to my table for an unacceptable amount of time. All while watching at least three different waiters walk past my table and go help someone who was seated after me. That was the final straw, I walked out of that hellhole and Im never going back.
