There was no decent pizza place that delivered to the area in Columbia where we lived. We got a menu on our door and gave them a try. Pizza from Dominos and Papa Johns always gave me heartburn, but Ive never had that problem here. The pizzas are fantastic. There sub ingredients taste fresh, and their chicken cheesesteak is amazing. Marinated chicken, not sliced, actual chunks of hand prepared chicken. Weve ordered a bunch of times now and have always had good food at fair prices, with quick delivery, even on Labor Day. We even went their and got the owners story. A really nice guy, who knows how to make really good food!

If I could give more stars I would! Hands down you wont find a better tasting pizza anywhere. He uses the finest, fresh ingredients and it shows in his food. The voters that state he is rude were probably trying to get something for free or do him over because I have been going there for years now and know the kind of person he is. Just an honest business guy trying to make a living BUT he cares about the product he is putting out there! Try the chocolate mousse cake ladies...OMG is it rockin! Not super sweet, just perfect! Please come to Sykesville Upper Crust!!!

After a disappointing experience with some other local places, tried Upper Crust on a whim one night. The results were excellent! Delivery was fast, pizza was fantastic. Their crust is especially good. Weve ordered 3-4 times now and havent been disappointed yet. For something a little different, give their chicken & pesto a shot. I havent been to their location so I cant speak about that, and I havent tried anything other than pizza - but the pizza itself is great!

Terrible customer servive on top of the fact the pizza is ok i will never order from them. Im very disappointed because i like to support local businesses but you cant yell at a customer because you heard the order wrong and they are highly allergic to what you delivered and they say can you please change it because i cant eat it, its not what i ordered because i will die if i eat it. Yeah im not going to die from someone else not listening. Nope!

I went there tonight with my girlfriend and her six year old. We had a split pepperoni and mushroom pizza and pineapple and bacon with a kids sized cheese pizza on the side. The pizza was absolutely delicious. The perfect combination of sauce, cheese and toppings. Everything tasted fresh and the pizza wasnt greasy like Little Ceasers, Dominoes, and common pizza chains and definitely far easier on the pocket as well. Will definitely be back!

This place is staffed with laid back folk and there is rock music playing, and it just reminds me of pizza joints growing up in Columbia, hanging out after school. The sauce is sweet and the cheese salty. I love this pizza and drive 1/2 hour to get it. I guess the taste to me is very Venarris like, if you are familiar with that place. This is great pizza I highly recommend it.

The owner is very down to earth and friendly as well as the employees. Between the food quality and price you cant beat it. It is in my honest opinion, definitely one of the best places Ive been and in my select favorites to go to. Its one of the best places in the area for food and hospitality. I personally recommend the pizza and the gyros 100% !

Order 2 hot subs, The bread was wet and the lettuce was soft we called to inform the subs we got, Guy was making me out as a liar er saying its fresh, its not possible , I even told him to come pick it up which he never did and told us never to call back and he taking off the address which was work. Ill never stop by or tell anyone to order here.

Read the positive reviews, so we decided to stop in and try it. Didnt realize until we got there that this is primarily a carry-out/delivery place. Theyve got a few tables so we ate it there, but it felt kind of awkward. The pizza was OK. Its not in our delivery area, so probably wont have it again.

most of the food i tried tastes great. Everything is made fresh on order. I think thats the secret. Unlike other pizza places no matter how many topping you have on the pizza its always crispy and well cooked. I loved the vegi pizza it had loads of toppings and cooked to perfection.

Great Pizza! Especially if youre looking for something different from the usual chains. My wife always gets their "Ultra thin" pizza made with whole wheat, I recommend you give these guys a try, youll never look back.

This is my favorite pizza place in the area. Theyve got quality ingredients, and they know how to use them. Their specialty pizzas are creative and well crafted. Some of my favorite pizzas have come from here.
