Loved Outback in the past but our local Outback now leaves a lot to be desired. Celebrated our wedding anniversary Sunday and the first disappointment was that no draft beer was available. We had to buy bottled beer which totaled $22 plus MD alcohol tax for four beers instead of our usual order of two 22 oz drafts for much less. We asked the server for a discount, but, that didnt happen. Next disappointment was the steak. We ordered the 6 oz Victoria Filet Mignon with blue cheese topping and requested the classic grill with one medium and the other medium well. The steaks arrived and were less than an inch thick and overcooked. No topping. Our server was very gracious and said that he would bring the blue cheese sprinkles. We went ahead and ate the steak and were almost finished when the topping arrived, so we just put it on our loaded potato. The steak @ $21/each was very disappointing. Didnt even taste like a filet mignon (maybe it wasnt) The bread, salad, potato were excellent. The server was good. We will not be going back to our local Outback. We will use the one up the road that is a bit of a drive. Done with Prince Frederick Outback.

Have to say we use to eat here all the time, but sadly after they remodeled you would expect the place to really elevate in service, experience, quality, but it went in the opposite direction. Food got worse and service got even more worse. From a time where my husband and I would eat almost weekly, we havent been back in over a year. Quality of food is horrible. Sad. Took my business elsewhere in the county. Tried this again xmas eve. Absolutely horrible and Owner, you need to get new management. It was obvious there was not enough servers, but as management, he should of been going around to the tables and telling customers that and making us comfortable. 2 1/2 hours to eat was absurd. And to still wait over an hour to be seated with call ahead seating, absurd. Now the waitress, sweet as can be, but to put a drink order in and to wait 25 minutes, absurd, again obvious no bartender. People backed waiting to be seated, and empty tables. Sad. Appetizers came out cold, chicken came out under cooked. This place over all has really gone down hill. The only reason why we went was because it was the only place open xmas eve.

Despite all the bad reviews I am seeing, I have never had a bad experience here in terms of food. The wait can get a little long, but thats expected if youre there for a weekend or a day where everyone is off of work or school. I used to enjoy the Mac N Cheese before they changed it. Steaks are great. If they screw the meat up, they will re-cook it for you just the way you want with no extra charge. Waiters have always been kind and attentive to our needs. Recently we have gone there less because the prices are getting high. Its usually $70 for a family of 4. Its not a restaurant to go to all the time, but rather as a treat.

Wait was long, but only because it was so crowded on a Saturday night - to be expected. We had the most awesome server ever - Jose - and the manager even came over to chat to us! We were a boisterous party of 9 having a lot of birthday fun and the server fit with us perfectly. Food was delish, nothing asked was a problem, and even though this is a chain, I still highly recommend this place and its fabulous staff!!

Long wait for a server once I was seated. Second time in a row. I can see the changes this corporation is making and it is as usual to save more money. Even the employees are a bit frustrated. You corporate big wigs just dont get it and dont think your smart enough too. Just get a smaller yacht! Or fire one of yourselves.

Had a very wonderful time at this restaurant it was the first time I visited not only did my server care about my needs but I had two visits from the management staff to make sure I was extremely happy . I felt very comfortable in the time I was in this restaurant and I encourage other people to experience it as well

Awful....not enough servers...12 tables open and the management told us they were closed. ..come to find out not enough servers the table we were at we were just standing at having a drink at the bar...and we were asked to move....really just bought a round of drinks for 32.00$

I have never had a restaurant offer free bite size appetizers to the customers waiting for a table, but tonight Outback staff in Prince Frederick brought us bacon cheese fries in little ranch cups! It was above and beyond. A real first class move! Sold me as a loyal customer!

My wife and I used call-ahead seating and were seated 5 mins after we arrived. Food and service were good. Only issue is the food was not as warm as it should have been when it arrived, and surrounding parties of two seated 20 mins after us received food first.

The food is the same as at every Outback. If you like that, youll likely like this one. However, I have never been here when the service wasnt horribly slow. The waitstaff are very nice and friendly, but for some reason it takes hours to eat a meal here.

Too long of a wait for no one dinning here. Once waited on we didnt get asked for our order until the appitizer came out. Order 1 beer and it was about 15 minutes before I got it. What happened PF outback? You guys used to rock....

So good here! We go here all the time and they always renovate so it can look better. They have awesome service, GREAT FOOD!, and big drink cups. Also, there is TVs everywere which is awesome! Youve got to go here sometime!

Still waiting for a table. Its been an hour and we had a reservation for our table. The bar took 20 minutes to even acknowledge us while we were looking to get something to drink while we waited. Very dissatisfied so far.

Have been to several Outback locations, but of them all this location is definitely in my top 3. Rarely have had a less than great experience and even in those cases they will go out of their way to make it right.

I was leery because of a previous visit a while but this time it was great. I will not be so apprehensive to go there going forward. The manager was very friendly, she was talking to us at the table for a bit.

Its an Outback. Ive never been disappointed. One time I watch our server drop a tray of drinks, it was hilarious. Apparently it was her second day and my gf and I loved her service and left a great tip.

Food portions have shrunk a lot. Macaroni for kids used to be good now changed to something awful. No more garlic mashed potato. Not to bad but I can see things slowly declining.
