My Husband and I along with 2 other couples went during the soft opening, I believe it was their 2nd night. The interior has changed and we love it. Hues of blue and silver offered a feeling of sofistication and a light modern flare. We of course started the evening out correctly...at the bar. We tried each signature drink to share. The Basil Mojito OMG!!! My forever new drink. The bartenders were amazing with their service and knowledge and the willingness to get a little crazy with our version of mixology. We spent a good amount of time there. Calvert is a small county so we saw a few people who we knew. We were escourted to our table. Our server was Sean (sp?). Excellent service. He offered suggestions and displayed knowledge of both food and drink. We ordered almost all of the appetizers to share. Not one appetizer dissappointed us. However the TOP favorites were the Crab Pot Pie Puff, Mussels and Warm Olives. The bread that is served is also good, you have two types, a soft, moist, warm cornbread and Focaccia with oil. We each ordered a different main course to pass and share. The TOP favs The Crab Cake...yes Jerrys has competition. The Bolgenese, Pork Loin and The Sirloin. The Chef came out to inquire about our meals and we all complimented and critiqued as well as made suggestions. He was very gracious and received our thoughts well. Give the team patience and time to grow and get use to each other. We feel Heritage will fill the gap that the Old Field Inn left empty for fine dining here in Calvert. -Sherry H

Quickly has become my favorite restaurant in the DMV for good reason! AMAZING food, wonderful staff, great atmosphere. This place is welcoming from the moment you step in the door. From the hostess to the management to the executive chef - Ive never been so well taken care of in my life. They were painstakingly careful with my extensive food allergies while at the same time creating a delicious, savory meal that left me on tastebud heaven. I joke about moving in to the building, but, after todays roasted chicken, Im even more tempted!

Just came from there a couple of hours ago. Arrived late, at 8:15 & even though they closed at 9 we were never rushed or felt that way. We went there because of the back to school special for the kids. The entire family LOVED this place. Kids tenders were great, burger was great, crab cake was great & fries were great. Definitely a nice place we plan on returning to & can see how this place will be PACKED come Friday or Saturday night. Staff was great as well. A little pricey but you do get what you pay for here, worth it.

A true gem in Southern Maryland! As a foodie from a big city who seriously travels to find great food, Heritage 485 is a local breath of fresh air... the chef is inspired and consistent, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the cocktails are thoughtful and balanced while the atmosphere itself is graceful southern charm highlighted with cool modern accents. Theres no doubt a great deal of time, energy and love have gone into this place and it genuinely shows.

I seriously cannot say enough positive things about this restaurant. From the staff to the atmosphere to the food - so amazing. I have major food sensitivities and the chef came out, sat with me, walked me through all of my options, and modified his dishes so that I could enjoy the best meal Ive had in months. Added bonus, the wines were delicious and donate a portion of their proceeds to charity. Highly recommend. I will absolutely be a regular.

This place is a gem in Prince Frederick. The staff is very friendly and the menu is enticing. There is something there for any and everyone. Everything tasted great. The menu had some classics on it like baked chicken and shrimp and grits, the recipies were one of a kind but didnt disappoint. If you have not been here check it out and give it a chance. The staff is young, but they are eager and respectful.

Nice décor, sat immediately on Thursday night...had warm olives app and mussels, both very good. Dinner was Crab cake, also Steak and Scallops. Crab cake was very good(had a nice crunchy texture on outside). Scallops were excellent and steak cooked to order. All in all a nice dinner, great presentation and nice décor. Great to see a new option in Prince Frederick! Will go again to try the rest :)

What a great addition to southern Maryland! Great food, atmosphere, and service. The crash made pasta and Bolognese sauce was hearty and tasty with just right spiceyness. The shrimp and grits with homemade tasso was rich and flavorful and the chocolate creme brule was perfect. This was our second visit and we will be back.

My husband and I just had a wonderful dinner at the Heritage to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary. The food was outstanding and the service was great! We dined on the front porch! Beautiful evening. Everything was fabulous!

Nice decor, tasty food. Only complaint is how echoy the rooms are. We visited at the same time a table of 3 tipsy happy hour patrons was hooting and hollering and it was incredibly loud.
