I had the Norweagean Salmon Dinner plate. I was VERY dissapointed with what came out of the kitchen. To start, the Salmon is priced at $25 a plate, which would be fine, if it had the quality and quantity to match the price. The barley that comes with the plate had no flavor to it, and the shallots and onions were full of oil. Yuck! Im never going back there again! waste of money and time!

Excellent food, fair prices. Very original, creative and imaginative chef. There are usually new dishes or very unusual ones on the menu along with the staples. Fish and seafood is excellent and very fresh as ownership is joint with the Falls River Fish Market. Nice upscale atmosphere but not elegant.

$12 dollar salad plus $15 extra for it to be topped with tuna... Equals a $27 dollar salad... Not impressed. The other meat toppings for salad were chicken for $8, steak for $10, etc. that is an insane up charge for meat on a salad. Three of us had an average lunch for $60+tip=$70.

Very nice atmosphere and good service. They used to have a good $12 burger. The same burger for $18 has crossed my price-quality line. The whole menu is good but ~50% too expensive. This price change occurred spring 2016. Before that I would have given 4 stars.

Been a long time customer of the Fish store, and finally visited the Tavern Sunday for lunch. What a casual,easy setting. The food was wonderful and loved the decor. Pricing was spot on and the menu caters to all ages! Will be bringing friends here!
