Tried to kick me out because of my service dog, even though I specifically stated ADA laws. (They didnt even notice my service dog was there until I was smack dab in front of the glass counter...because shes a service dog, specially trained to be in PUBLIC environments.) Not until a woman next to me started complaining that they were breaking the law, and until I told them denying me access based on my service dog was grounds for a lawsuit did they let me stay. I was treated with disrespect as though I was the one in the wrong. 0 out of 5 stars.

Wow. Just waited 10 minutes....4 people working not a hello we will be right with you ..nothing! I left.....horrible service! And when I called and asked if they has cakes Kosher for passover th ey said yes--- which was a lie! Horrible!!! (Know your product and greet customers)

Customer service is the worst there!! I waited 15 minutes for them to finally notice me and still didnt get too far...Had to walk out without ice cream after the ridiculous behavior of a worker!

The ice cream here is delicious, though a bit over priced. I stop by occasionally when in the mood for some real ice cream. The service is good and usually fast based on what time I go there.

Very rarely do I go and theres not a line, but staff is pretty quick, and theyre friendly so I dont mind the wait. Overall, really good place to go for cold treats!

I have gotten a cake here and it was decent it had a unique flavor unlike any other ice cream cake I have, it was odd. It was pretty good.
