worst service i have ever experienced i ordered a Stromboli from eat 24 hour and the mega-fries i only wanted steak cheese bacon and sausage when it came the fries were dry and cool and the Stromboli had mushroom peppers onions and then some so i called to politely explain that i was not informed that all of these would be added into it and a foreigner answers the phone can barely speak English and flips out for no reason as i was trying to explain what i did not know eventually after letting her ramble on for 2 minutes i just hung up and said forget it and as i was writing this my kitten ended up licking the food i guess at least someone liked it definitely never ordering from there again sad part is i spent about $22 all together would not recommend to anyone

Been a loyal customer for years. Delivery is always 10 mins soon than what they say. The quality of the chicken is fantastic, Big Tenders pieces! Kens Honey mustard and other kens sauces. Jumbo Chicken Wing are big. Their fried chicken is really good too, i dont even think regulars know about their fried chicken meals. Thats not even what they are advertising either. Their pizza is without a shadow of a doubt the best in the area considering mom and pop shops. I prefer the White Pizza with chicken and spinach. Even their subs are good. Over the 5 years of ordering from them, none of these things have ever changed. About to place an order right now.

I used to love this place, but after the experience I had tonight...I will NEVER eat here again!!! It took over an hour to get our food and when we got it the sub rolls were so soggy they looked like they had been dipped in water. I called to just get new sub rolls and they told us it would be another half hour to 45 minutes, they were backed up. Then they said they would just give us a new one tomorrow. After all that they ended up taking 10.00 off our order and we ate them on rolls I had at my house. They were so rude, like we were bothering them. WOW! Just ridiculous and a horrible experience!

I eat at universal subs and pizza once a week along with the rest of my family... my absolute favorite is the wings!!!! They are large and meaty....Ive never been disapointed!!! Though the wings are my favorite my children and I also eat the pizza and fries and my husband loves the cheesesteaks... its the one place I go that I will enjoy anything I order!! The service is always friendly and they go out their way to please us and welcome us with a smile. I honestly have no complaints. I say give it a try!!!!

Low end food service food! Awful soggy subs, cold burnt fries. Nothing ever made the way you asked it to be. Its totally random.what you get! They are trying to make food as chaep as possible to increase profit but as we all know that method only turns customers off. This is just another poorly run shop with low end low grade badly prepared food. This was a decent reliable place, the past year and a half its turned bad, so bad Ill never order from them again. It really is crap food!

We have ordered 5 times from Universal since our truck broke down 2 weeks ago, the first 4 times were good, the 5th time? NO MEAT on the sub. I called to tell them about no meat on the sub and was told "the meat is always the same".. Then another one comes and they demand the no meat sub back (which we gave back) but who would want to wait another 20 min for the original sub they paid for, as if loyal customers were lying? NEVER AGAIN.. Loyal customers mean NOTHING to Universal

Food, service, personnel and delivery service is tops in this area. Have ordered by phone and in person and NEVER had a problem. When you go into their shop it is almost like seeing family members again. Perhaps some people need to be nice in order to be treated as they think they should (even if they are not royalty). Well, I threw a Pizza Party for the Staff & Residents @ Genesis Cromwell Center. My huge 8-Pizza order arrived Popping Hot & was the correct order....down to my extra Strawberry Cheesecake!!! It did come a little late due to them being so busy & finding a driver for such a big order. All in All it was an Success & EVERYONE complemented on bow GOOD the pizza tasted:-)

They have really good food. Weve tried the meat lovers and its loaded , the crust is thinner and cooked just right. Weve had their subs and they do not skimp. Quality of the food is tops. They are friendly and delivery is fast.
