Had to take off a star because as other dinners posted, at times they are very slow. Almost like they get overwhelmed by a rush. But thats not my typical experience. Usually service is reasonable when comparing the amount and size of orders to the amount of staff on duty. My order is usually accurate, though I sometimes have to remind them for my frozen drink. And heres the best part:even when they have difficult customers they remain professional. In my area I dont see that as often as I should. Their professionalism makes it easy to overlook a small error in an order. We all make mistakes, but starting with a poor experience amplifies any small mistake.

I dont know if the employee taking orders was just having a bad or what... but she was extremely rude. No cup holders, no ice, no freeze drinks, etc. She had an attitude that we asked for ice for our drinks. The tomatoes were frozen! Yuck. There is always an extended wait in the drive thru.

I put 5 stars because Im laughing at all the people who really complain about this place. Its fast food for a reason. You want real service, then go to a sit down restaurant. Oh, wait yall are eating at taco bell. Probably too cheap. Lol people are crazy.

Everytime i go to tack bell and ask for extra sauce. ...i get charged for it .....and then they dont even put hardly any of the specialty sauce for the particular taco ....so why charge me for for nothing ... every time.

Service takes forever and the crew really doesnt tone down their "street talk" while at work, let alone in the presence of customers. A lot of drunks/homeless coming to hang in here.
