Ive been to this chipotle a few times before and I normally loathe going because the line is always long and extremely slow. This time was no different, but as I stood in line, my boyfriend and I witnessed a worker (with gloves on) stand behind the counter blow his nose twice in a chipotle napkin as he talked to his colleagues, then proceed to touch his head with one hand. He then proceeded to the back and threw away the tissue picked up a towel and proceed to wipe off some counter tops in the back and then grabs some food to bring to the front to replenish. The clean gloves are in plain sight of all and I observed two of his co workers go to put on gloves...he just kept walking pass them and kept touching stuff...Of course, this is extremely unsanitary and without hesitation we stepped out of line and left! I wont be returning to this establishment and I am a true chipotle fan. They need to be inspected by the DPIE! Dont let the one bad apple spoil the bunch!!!! FIX IT BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!

****BAD SERVICE>>>>>>>>BO HELP>>>>>>>NO CUSTOMER SERVICE*** My Coworkers and I placed an online order where one of them was a bowl with rice and vegetables...extra rice was specify and there was no rice in her order or any of our orders...if there was any you could pick it out...there was more beans than rice in them...called to speak to the manager and she was no help. Her answer was "what do you want"....really I think I would have been fine if she just said I apologized or something...and then she said the only way is if we brought all the food back so that they can see it and then they could make it over....and when asked for corporate number she said we dont have it...look it up online. ****BAD SERVICE>>>>>>NO HELP>>>>>>NO CUSTOMER SERVICE*****

I wasnt going to write about this place but I couldnt resist. I live near by and this location is so convenient. Needless to say Id rather drive all the way to Bowie come here again. The customer service is awful and the managers are no better. Ive had problems with under cooked chicken and beans that were almost solid as a rock. Every time I order to go online my food is always spilling over in my bag and there is barely any food in my bowl or burrito . This location is the most hood chipotle I have ever been to. The lines move extremely slow so do yourself a favor and pre order. The whole staff needs to be fired and replaced with people who will actually represent the company well.

I will not return to this Chipotle. The workers dont pay attention and they move so fast and sloppily that the orders are often wrong. The customer service is poor, and the quality of food is usually low--I have gotten tough beef or crunchy rice several times. I have finally given up. I called to talk to the manager because my last big order was nasty. When I asked for the manager, I was hung up on 2 times, the 3rd time someone picked the phone up but didnt say anything--they just put it to the side. When I finally got through about 5 minutes later and spoke with the manager, he sounded rushed with a bit of a negative attitude. What happened to good customer service?

This is by far the SHITTIEST Chipotle I have ever been to. I ordered a salad with white rice. The server covered all my lettuce in rice, then skimped on the sofritas. Then I asked for all three salsas and wasnt paying attention, the girl SMOOTHERED the entire dish in all three salsas. Like heaping spoonfuls of it. I had to ask three times for a side of sour cream. To top it all off we got two sodas and there was no ice and the soda was out in all but three dispensers. They had no straws at the drink station either. Also there wasnt a supervisor present to complain to.

They need to hire all new staff and sorry to say but it seems when the staff is bilingual, the line moves faster and the food is cook the right way. I gave this location 3 tries and every time the food was horrible. They just cant get right. How hard is it to cook rice . The protein is never hot, I just dont understand. They need better restaurants on this side of town. They build all these new establishments over here with little variety for food. This would never happen uptown. When they build new stuff, its always plenty to choose from.

This is the worst Chipotle Restaurant in the area. Ive tried to deal with the fact that they are slow and usually NEVER get your order correct but thought, well lets try again. Today was my LAST VISIT. The restaurant was dirty (floors and tables), service POOR AND SLOW. The cashier had an ATTITUDE as if she was doing me a favor by allowing me to spend my money. New ownership/management is definitely needed. VERY DISSAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!!

Depending on who is working the food in the front depends on if it will be a good experience. Preparers need employee training. Customer service is A-1 when they are not fueding with each other. Dont go before closing. You may not have your order done right and they might charge you for the whole order. However, they will let you know if they are running out of ingredients though so it is up to you to decide.

This place has the worst bowl i ever tasted from chipotle the rice taste like plastic the steak tastes as if its been sitting for hours. This place is drivng down the quality of Chipotle. Ive been here dozen time and every time i come here the food is absolutely horrible.i came back to this location (its close to my home)with the hopes of somewhat better food. NOPE

I have seem to have a problem in this particular Chipotle, every time I make my order online to skip the line and I walk in after the time they said it would be ready they havent even started my order and want me to wait until they take care of the line first! Whats the point of ordering before???. This not happen at the one in university Boulevard and route 29

Arrived for lunch and line was out the door, which is awesome for a business. Although, it moved extremely slow and I was able to use the chipotle app to order on my phone and get food faster. The girls at the register were very friendly so no complaints on my only interaction with staff. Perhaps they could just use more help or assistance with efficiency.

They did a great job on our food, and the manager handled a loud and difficult customer (not us) with calm. The only unfortunate thing was that they obviously didnt have anyone on trash duty because all cans were overflowing, including the outside trash. It made us a little concerned about the sanitation, but the place seemed okay otherwise.

Placed an order online chips with stale. Had to wait in a long line steel for my order to be writing someone else walked in after me and picked up the order which was larger than mine period my order should have been ready before all the people what was the point for me to place the order online? Poor customer service.
