The phone app is supposed to make ordering easier and more convenient for gold members but it actually is worse at this location for some reason. We have ended up getting more free stuff in the last 3 months than ever since the app order amp up. Now the app estimates the time frame how long based on how many orders are in the computer when you send and pay for your drinks. We live 10 minutes from the store with traffic and lights and the app says 5-7 minutes. Usually leave 5 minutes after ordering just to give time but the last 5 times I placed my order we sat and waited in the store for the drinks for another 10 minutes after we got there because the baristas are making the ones they physically take the orders for first.... somethings gotta give cuz whats the advantages to using the app and freeing up the employee, inside line and drive thrus?????

Been going here for years, the quality of service is at an all-time low. Staff are friendly enough, however they need better training on making drinks. I watched one employee make my cold brew and was absolutely disappointed with how they threw it together. Tasted just as bad. Do not go to this location expecting a high-quality beverage. It pains me to write this review, because it was not always this bad.

Coffee drinks are VERY pricey and they are just ok, DD is much better and a lot cheaper. This location can be tough getting in and out of. If you enter via Joppa Road, you have to drive around the entire building to use the drive thru. Parking is limited. Inside is small and cramped, they need to eliminate some of the junk for sale thats taking up all the space and put in more tables.

Placed a mobile order... waited 10 min in store to pick up, finally went to the cashier to ask for my drink & she retrieved it from the back counter.. it was never called out or placed for pick up. When i asked them to remake it because by then it was melted & received a nasty remark... and the fresh remake was still watery....

This STARBUCKS LOCATION IS THE BOMB!!!! Its my preferred place to get my drinks. For the most part never had my drinks being incorrect except when the person is new. They are always so friendly and we go there as our preferred Starbucks they know us!!!

Its Starbucks. This location usually seems a little dirtier than others. Frequently need to ask for half and half refills, etc. Mostly because it is busy I suppose.
