Went to this Starbucks today like at 3:15 ish and ordered 2 venti caramel Frappuccinos with a double shot of espresso and extra caramel drizzle. Also with 2 morning buns warmed up. Then I asked the cashier witch turned out to be the manager on duty jaden is what I think her name was if I could please reload 22 dollars on to my Starbucks app then use the app to pay. Well this did not happen. She took the 22 dollars off my app which dropped me below my reload amount causing it to reload from my banking account linked to the app. Which was not the card I was going to reload it it was going to be from another bank card. Well when I addressed her about the issue she decided instead of admitting her mistake to blame me. Now I go to Starbucks almost daily my order never changes so I know what I asked her to do. So after her straight up rudeness that my mother saw as well. She said she would refund the money the my Starbucks app and then reload using the right card. Well she refused to give me a receipt. And now I know why. She took the 22 off my moms bank card and took the 22 off my app. So over all we paid 44 bucks for 2 drinks and 2 dessert. And now Im told the manager Heidi is on vacation and no one else can address this issue. I fully expect to get the 22 back that was over charged and a full refund for the 22 that was debited off my moms card. Also both of our morning buns were burnt

I just cant keep going to this location anymore. I could put up with the long lines and the slow service, the not so friendly staff, but the fact that its rare to ever get a drink made well is what will have me no longer coming. Ive had green teas made with lemonade when I did not ask for it, Ive had black teas Ive asked for sweetened unsweetened, Ive had smores frappacinos made with no chocolate, no marshmallow whip or graham cracker topping, and then yesterday... I swung in for something sweet for my drive home and not only did I wait forever, but my vanilla bean frappacino with peppermint tasted like mouth wash... Or pepper extract. Im not the type of person to go back and ask for it to be re made... That feels so embarrassing to me so I dont. Just can no longer throw my money away to these people. When I pay $5+ for a drink I except it to be made correctly.

I have been going to this location for about 2 to 3 years and all the staff knows me and what I get. They treat me with the upmost respect and I in return do the same. One employee Kam is the best he takes care of me he always gets my drink made just the way I like it. He is the best. All the staff that know me are good to me. But I have to say when I went in the other day one of the staff must have been having a bad day cuz I felt uncomfortable. He made me feel like I was bothering him. That was the third time I have felt that way but with different employees. This person did not use good customer service skills that day. I hope I dont have to experience that again. I want to thank all the staff at J Clyde for being upstanding people.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks so you know the quality of coffee you are purchasing and this location does stay true to that expectation. The quality of service leaves much to be desired though. The past few times I have been here the wait times have been long and even though there are many employees behind the counter they dont seem to be doing much. Parking is scarce in front of the building but there are a handful around the back. On the other hand , the location itself is quite interesting. The building used to be a bank and the architecture of that building still shines through the Starbucks redesign. If you want you can even have a coffee in the vault!

Good, quick, POLITE service, have always gotten tasty correct drink, roomie interior, neat sitting area back in the old bank vault that is dark & cozy w/comfy leather chairs next to plenty of plug outlets for your electronics, nice window seat bar out front and large clean restrooms. 4 stars instead of 5 because of parking lot and drive through.(i know, i know - you cant help that) but In BOTH front & back parking lots - theres only ONE way in/out. Very very tight & tricky. I have to park out back across the street due to 18ft long vehicle. Oh... One more PLUS - The music isnt too loud or overwhelming like some locations.

I used to go to this coffee house frequently and stopped because they were ALWAYS under staffed and you were there waiting for 20-25 mins for your order. I stopped going to this one for that reason. Today I thought to myself, its been a while let me give them another chance.....I wish I had kept driving. There were several employees there, however they only had one barista and more than 3 employees just walking around it seemed. I waited almost 30 mins for my drink to find it was not what I ordered. I will NEVER go to this one again and unless you have all day, I suggest you dont either.

Nearly every time I have been to this location, they have been rude to me and unhelpful. I have experienced this attitude repeatedly when I have asked for unusual or non-standard drink orders, such as a hot brewed tea poured over ice or a pour-over blonde coffee in the afternoon. I primarily use the drive thru, as I usually have my 2 small children with me. When I have visited in the mornings, they are busy, slow, and irritable with customers. Whats worse is that the attitude is the same in the afternoon, and they are still slow despite reduced traffic. I avoid this Starbucks location.

This Starbucks has a drive thru thats hidden behind the building (looks like an old bank), but its just like any other Starbucks. Lines are frequently long and coffee is good. It offers the standard fare of cold brew, frappucinos, and dark roast coffee. I havent had any major issues with this Starbucks except for one complaint. The drive thru speaker needs to be fixed or increased in volume. You can barely hear the drive thru order taker. I have to hang my head out the window just to hear the person taking my order.

Incredibly slow service. There were 6 people behind the counter, only one person making good drinks and she kept stopping to chat with everyone else behind the counter. We both went to the bathroom before they even took our order with only one person in front of us when we arrived. A second guy saw no one was making our drink so he started it after we had been standing watching no one making anything. Not a typical Starbucks experience. The managers should know. MA

This is a really cool Starbucks, located within a repurposed bank. Getting coffee inside of this Starbucks is pretty much what youd expect, with the atmosphere being typical Starbucks fare (the Vault is a quiet room). The employees are pretty great as well.The only downside I have for this Starbucks is the drive through - probably the slowest Starbucks drive through Ive been to. The line ends up getting crazy long in short order. Thats why this didnt get 5 stars.
