Although the food is still delicious, BEWARE what appears to be new management. Order 3 bagels toasted and sliced, 1 breakfast sandwich a drink and a frozen mocha. After 20 minutes the only things we had were the self serve beverage and a the breakfast sandwich from the lunch counter. However we did listen to the (what appeared to be ) new manager reprimand poor Emily (other employee) about how she didnt follow the poorly given vague directions on which register to put her drawer. We watched as the new manager pulled Emily to the front, while patrons tried to order breakfast at the busy counter, and asked questions after question (which obviously Emily didnt know but the manager didnt either) on how she was going to fix this and what to do now. After she dismissed Emily, the new manager pulled the senior manager over for guided on the situation and discover that because no transaction had taken place after the wrong drawer was put in this register, there really was no problem at all. After all was calm we approached the new manager for help with our missing food and she took our receipt and walked away. Another cashier helped us and made our missing drink. Now... as a customer I SHOULD NOT be able to tell you about the issue with Emily and her drawer. I SHOULD NOT have witnessed the manager creating more issues than necessary with her staff. I SHOULD NOT have been dismissed by said manager after informing her of our missing food and helped by a different employee. The manager needs to learn how to manage herself a little better. Thank you other employee for helping us with our order, I apologize for Motorola knowing your name. And Emily, life is too short to be treated that way. You deserve better than that.

Omg I definatley had to stop by to give this place 5 stars thank you for your delicious salads you get so much for what you pay for. The smoothies are good I have NEVER encountered a rude employee here at all and have been 3 times now. They are very fast and whoever the chef lady with the brown hair is who cooks in the back she was so warm nice and friendly. I love the chicken with lime salad I can see why this place has such a good rating not a single bad thing to say. It taste so good I would go everyday if I was bill gates lol but ill empty my wallet for panera anyday haha. Keep up the good work I hope the people at this location get a raise you guys deserve one.

Placed order for pickup several days prior, on arrival to pick up, order was ready, but manager on duty kept me and cashier waiting 10+ minutes to manually process the credit card from the order called in, he NEVER came back up front, HE WAS IN A MEETING WITH COWORKERS I was told. The cashier was very pleasant and as helpful as she could be. The actions (poor customer service) of the manager was outrageous. The order (2 shopping bags) was excellent!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Everybody is rude, EVEN THE MANAGERS. They dont care at all about their customers! I got a greek salad and as I was eating it I found an olive seed in it and my teeth started to bleed from biting down on it! After I complained he rudely asked me if I wanted a refund then grabed my salad out of my hand and didnt even offer me to make a new one. HORRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT GO THERE.

Clean and quick but the team does not smile or even answer the question, "How are you tonight?" I had to engage her in conversation and when she finally answered she said, "Ehh, not great, its getting to be that time." ???? It was 8:05 p.m. not 9:01 p.m.!! People or kids that arent happy to be a part of the team probably shouldnt be there!!

I love Panera Bread. But this store is small, so you usually have to wait to find a seat, especially in the winter. Staff is helpful and remembers special orders. Although one manager made me uncomfortable because he kept on yelling at the staff in doubt about the fact that I wanted the chicken in separate bowls for my salad.

If youve been to Panera Bread, you know all about their food and drinks. This establishment in particular is very clean, open, bright, and orderly. The employees are all very friendly and helpful, the seating and booths are kept clean, and the bathrooms are maintained. Definitely a nice location for fans of Panera Bread.

I ordered food and coffee for a business meeting this morning. Although I scheduled the pickup an hour in advance, upon arrival I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes rendering me late for my meeting. So despite the food and coffee being really good, not okay.

Love the food. The restaurant was so crowded though that we had to stand around and wait for a table to open up and then we were sharing with another couple. The food wait wasnt long but waiting to sit and eat was. Not sure how they could improve on that.

Food was what you expect from Panera, but the restaurant itself is lacking. Kid who took our order repeated our order back and STILL didnt ring it up right. Bathrooms smell like they cleaned with straight urine, and the tables havent been wiped down at all.

Kind staff and the food was ready in only a few minutes and was just as I ordered. I was there around 11:30 on a Tuesday and despite being busy, had no trouble parking and there was barely a line inside. Finding a table was also no problem.

I asked for one thing, for my sandwich to have no cucumbers. On the receipt was right but the kitchen messed up. My first visit and i dont plan on gOing again except for the muffin cookie. Fyi the Mediterranean sandwich is served cold.

On July 2nd 2017 this location gave me and my girlfriend food poisoning. The soup was served cold and tasted "off", it was the only thing we ate all day and it put us in the hospital. I do not recommend this location.

Always..check orders...sometimes food is great other times not so great...staff not so friendly....I just stick to bagel and coffee...I dont visit often now..maybe once every 2 to 3 months if that.....

Typical Panera. Quite busy during peak hours with above average wait time. Food was fresh and on par with Panera standards. Would give 5 stars if it was kept a bot cleaner. I will go back for sure.

Food is really good. The parking lot is usually a mess though. Sometimes the line inside is a mess too, because people dont know what line is for ordering and which is for pickup it seems.

This is a pretty decent Panera location, just like any other. The food and service are perfectly fine but seating here is definitely less than other Panera locations.

Clean, fast, and staff were walking around regularly to help and clear tables. Right off the highway and easy to get to. Made for a nice stop along the way.
