I visited the KFC located at 9114 Belair Road on Sunday, 8/22/16. I had called in advance and spoke to Debra, the manager about placing an order. She was very accommodating and told me to ask for her when I arrived to pick up my order. Upon arrival, she waited on me immediately and went out of her way to save me money by using store coupons. She was very friendly and professional and a pleasure to talk to. I mentioned that I was having a b-day party for my 85 year old mom that day and she gave me a complimentary lemon cake. I was very impressed with her service and would recommend that KFC location to everyone. That was one of the best experiences I have ever had a KFC!

I usually enjoy kfc. This restaurant is hit or miss in food quality. Sometimes great sometimes dry. It is also hit or miss in having chicken. I usually have some sort of issue with them. Service is usually poor. I usually only go there when I dont feel like driving down the road to the next closest one. I do not recommend this one if you have time to go into carney .

DO NOT EAT HERE! I hadnt eaten kfc since I was a child. I decided to give them another chance and what do I get? An entire day hovered around a toilet. Without question there was something wrong with my dinner from the kfc on belair rd. because throughout my wondrous experience today Im tasting original recipe.

When I went grab my stay to take a drink of my tea, they nit only forgot my stay but my large Mac and cheese as well. Turned around to get it then was given the wrong size. Guy at the window was also very rude. Ill never go to this location again. Ill stick with dundalk from now on.

Just went there and they were understaffed. Workers are completely incompetent and they didnt have anything extra crispy or half of the other crap there. Idc how the food tastes it shouldnt take 20 minutes to get a $5 fill up with barely any line.

Workers are SO incompetent. Constantly forgetting orders. Visit here once a week and service just gets worse and worse UPDATE: Still terrible. Forgot 2 items and were disrespectful... idk why I waste my time

Food generally fresh. Customer service ranges from abominable to very good. Note: They do tend to over butter the biscuit so its hard in the outside.
