Visited this location a couple weeks ago and waited in the drive thru for over a half an hour. Get up to the window and see the guy taking cash on the other side of the building while wearing gloves. Then I see the employee scooping up fries wearing the same gloves he just handled money with. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Needless to say I drove away before I paid. Maybe if these people were trained better would I return. Until then I will not and I will continue to spread the word on this incident.

Took 25 mins. To go through the drive thru. If there were not cars behind us we would have never waited. They have a barrier wall at the drive through line. Now I know why. So you cant get out. Then when we finally got to the window our food still was not ready. Worse yet they were not even pleasant when we paid or they gave us our food. If they would have at least been a little apologetic and polite I would have been ok with it. Things happen.

Recently, all my visits have been terrible! (Specifically during the day time hours) The supervisor (or lead) that takes orders has an extreme attitude problem… During one visit, she wasn’t even wearing the head set! I had to drive up to the window… like … it’s a drive-thru fast-food place, how do you not wear your head set?? And get an attitude I’m really disappointment with the decline in their service, not going back.

Just came from checkers very unsatisfied..first we pull up the employee say on speaker Thank you for choosing checkers 1 second please me and my wife wait for over 30 mins no one still doesnt take our order so we backed out of the line after 35 mins of waiting and no one still didnt take our order!! Im very disappointed in the Service.. I wont ever return to this Checkers again.

Currently sitting in line on my lunch break. Been in line for 20 mins, the have only one lane open and i still have 3 cars in front of me untill i can pay for the food. Only have 30 mins for lunch and i thought i would have plenty of time and that they would be quick and friendly.

Fries were not cooked all the way!!! Terrible customer service!! Took forever to bring me my food. They are supposed to be a fast food service. But they were being extremely slow. I will never go there to eat ever again

I have been waiting for about 15mins just to be asked to wait another 7-10mins because some employees wanted to take some wings home for themselves. If they werent for my son, then I would have left.

Horrible customer service, if you have a sign outside please make sure the price on it is correct, if not then you should honor the price, its called false advertisement!

Food is generally on point for Checkers, however there is generally a long wait in the drive thru for food, Ive waited 20 minutes after ordering at times.
