I stopped at Popeyes on Philadelphia Road in Rosedale. I wish I could give this store less than 1 star. As I was standing in line I watch the employee wait on people, handle money and then prepare food orders without washing her hands or put on gloves. After seeing that I got out of line and walked out of the store. I wanted to stand outside the store and tell people not to go in. I started to go through the drive thru but something told.me to go inside. Im glad I did! That is downright disgusting and NASTY! I called the store and a young man answered the phone saying hello as if he was answering his personal phone. I asked to speak to the manager. A woman got on the phone who I am assuming is the young Caucasian who who was running the cash register and fixing food. She never identified herself. I asked her if they are required to wear gloves or wash their hands after handling money and before preparing food orders. She said they are not required to wash their hands or wear gloves because they are not touching the food. I told her that I watched her fix an order and touch the inside of the lid when she was preparing an order of red beans and rice. She then hung up on me. I called back twice and they would not answer the phone. I will call tomorrow and get her name and write a letter. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT POPEYES AGAIN....they are just all around NASTY!!!!

I wish I could give this Popeyes no stars. First time I went, credit cards were down. Not their fault, but still annoying when you are on your lunch break and I had no time to go anywhere else. I really wanted to try their new shrimp tackle box. So today I stop there on my way to work. I waiting in the drive thru about 10 minutes, but finally got my meal. I was happy, but running a little due to the wait. Once I got to work, I noticed they didnt give my side of Cajun rice. Super disappointed. I then ate my biscuit which was super dry. Then I noticed they gave me 3 shrimp and 2 spice chicken strips. I cant stand anything spicy so I paid 5 bucks for 3 shrimp and a biscuit., though I did try to eat the chicken strip. I was so upset. I have tried calling the number to see if I could speak with the manager, but it rings 3 times and then goes to voice mail. HORRIBLE!!!

Worst experience ever. After waiting 20 minutes for food on the inside my mom questioned the manager act like she didnt hear her. White women weigh about 300. Not to mention we was patient enough with them to serve others before us because we were waiting for breast to be cooked. Nicole the employee who took our order didnt know what she was doing she kept walking back and forth. After we asked for our money back the manager had a nasty attitude and start talking real disrespectful. She need to be fired and so do Nicole. The guys in the back was getting the worst end of the stick because they gotta work extra hard and they need some raises and promotions. Nicole need to be retrained and the manger need to be fired.

They told me they were closed when they clearly were not. I found the manager and she said they ran out of chicken... The one thing they sell, they ran out of? How does that happen? No apologies for the inconvenience or for how poorly it was managed. No offers to sell anything else like sides or anything they had in stock. It was like me, as a customer, was an inconvenience to them. Terrible experience.

The Worst experience ever. The manger Ashley is the rudest most disrespectful person I ever met in my life. Shes a poor excuse for a manger. She actually had the nerve to tell me that nothing will happen to her because that store is a franchise. Please stay far away from this place unless you like getting the wrong food with an attitude
