Have ordered several times and there is always an issue with the order. Last straw was when their credit card machine was down, they didnt call back to tell us but instead showed up (after over an hour from the time of ordering) and TOLD us to pay cash! After calling the store back and the woman acting like she did not know what I was talking about, we cancelled the order. Then delivery guy, who is also apparently the manager, said "no, why? Just pay cash or give her the card number again!" And started to argue. The food is OK but definitely not worth the hassle!

I used to come here every once in a while for the mediocre food until I found China wok. Let me just say the service is very uninviting unless you are not of African descent. I walked in and the woman said what you want. I first laughed it off assuming that just maybe she wanted to be "hip" with urban lingo. So I ordered my food. Shortly after a Caucasian male entered and she said how can I help you. I said I will never come here again.

Their food is always good; somewhat smokey fried rice, the chicken wings, sesame chicken, chicken and broccoli, lo mein etc.) If you ask for something specific to be done to one or more or your dishes (ex. light on the oil or sauce), they gladly oblige. The woman at the front desk is very nice; the chef seems friendly. All around great place for (American style) Chinese food! Thank you.

I have been ordering from China Kitchen for over 10 years and they are the best in the area beside Little China which does not deliver. I have my personal favorites but everything is exceptional. Even the people that work there are warm and friendly. They do get busy but you wont find a better place I promise you. They just delivered to me after Ive moved out of the area! So happy!

We have been ordering from this place for over 7 years. This is hands down the best place in Middle River and possibly Maryland. The food is total quality and the portions are big. They are very fast also. We just moved and I will miss this place and the beautiful girl who runs the store. Thanks for all the good years. 12D Starwood!!!

If I could give NO STARS I would food was OK but they messed MY ORDER UP after I paid for it & it was delivered I call back to ask for them to send the right order out can you believe the women hung up on me & they wouldnt answer the phones anymore. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food was FANTASTIC! We called 2 other chinese takeouts tonight and neither were delivering so we decided to try china kitchen for the first time, in the future they'll ALWAYS be our first call! The only issue I noticed was delivery was kind of slow but that's not a huge deal

Who ever is working the front desk on 3/7/17 @ 1:55pm. Should be fired. I called in an order .. and as Im ordering I had a hard time understanding her because she speaks so fast and un clear. Then .. she starts to get an attitude. This place as lost my buisness .

when we are in a pich and need a quick delicious dinner we only have to pick up the phone and call this folks, they deliver in a jiffy and the food is always great and piping hot! i higly raccomend this place!
