The food was nothing special- just generic Chinese food. My beef was this- I called in an order for delivery and was told it would be at my door in 20 to 30 minutes. Thats about standard for the Chinese places in area so I was satisfied... over an hour later I called them (still no food) and they said "Oh, its ready now!" Ummm... ok.... I live in the same neighborhood. Its less than 5 minutes door to door. Never again!

We order delivery from them at least 1-2 times per month. The delivery man is always very kind and prompt. The food is always hot and tastes good. Is it gourmet? No, but they serve exactly the type of food they advertise. We have been very happy to order from them over the last few years since we moved into Kiln Creek. They are perfect for last minute dinners or movie night in with the family.

I was a frequent customer but they continously would charge me for a dinner size when I ordered lunch. Last time I called to place an order he hung up on me before I even finished and messed my order up. Good food but HORRIBLE customer service.

Ordered 3 separate times, was told 15 min then $18 then asked my address? Less then 45 seconds all three calls and then hung up no food ever showed up. All in waited over an hour and 20 min never got a call back and no one showed up. Ridiculous

Placed an order for pick up 30 minutes ago and Im still here waiting for my food. Keep in mind they have absolutely no customer here so I dont see the reason for the delay. The food was ok though

Shrimp rolls were very tasty and not greasy. House Special Fried rice lots of taste too. Also Teriyaki chicken was the best weve found. Definitely a do-over!

Tasteless hot and sour soup. Delivery time was adequate. Delivery man was nice. Unfortunately I will be looking elsewhere for soup.

The staff is always friendly. And I love how they dont put peas and carrots in their Fried Rice! Great food all around!
