I recently ate here, and I must say it was quite delicious. Food came out hot and fast! I did feel pressured into donating, for what. I have no idea! There was a woman whom I could barley understand and Im sure she could not understand me, or even the people in front of me! She kept asking me to donate money while I was ordering my food, and soon it came to the point where the line was being held up by me, because I was saying "No thank you." And she insisted that when we get to the register, I donate for the kids. What kids? Where? So finally, I agree to donate for the kids, she asked me to "round up, donate for the kids." I absolutely loved this place! Loved the food, enjoyed the service all but this one nagging woman, I"m sorry but if I choose to eat here, its because I want to eat here, I should not feel compelled to donate money to a charity, repeatedly by a woman I could not understand, and at the least couldnt even explain to me what the donation was for. To make things worse, I witnessed the same woman, ( I believe the name she gave me was Luze) get into a confrontation with another woman, who was simply doing her job. It seemed like this woman (Luze) Was all over the place and her focus was not on the costumer, I am only writing this review because I own a restaurant a couple miles east from here and I know what I look for in my employees especially when Im not around. Being forced to make a donation is completely unacceptable and the language barrier made it almost impossible to come to terms with this woman.

VERY rude! Got home with our order and noticed an item was missing, which we waited and paid extra for. Called the store to tell them, where anywhere else would tell you to come back and they would fix the problem. Instead the manager, "Sydney" told me shed check the cameras. Which is totally fine, however she was very rude and came off as if we were lying. So I waited 20 minutes for a call back.. which I was able to drive there before getting a call back. I got there, asked to speak with her which she snapped back "Im still looking!" So again, we wait for her to tell speak with us. Meanwhile, a younger kid comes around with our shrimp.. and says " we are giving you this free shrimp" MIND YOU, this is what we paid and even paid extra for! I said Im sorry you have to deal with a manager like that, he relied "he is just the messenger." So unprofessional she couldnt even speak with us and apologize. Ill never go back again!

My experience was horrible.. I decided to go there on, my 30 min lunch break, and try the drive thru. First, after i put in my order of Blck Pepper Chk, i drive to the window expecting a greeting from an employee, but there was no one at the window upon my arrival.. Start waiting minutes, at this point, i was then greeted with "7.92" not a "hello" "sorry for the wait" NOTHING but my BILL TOTAL.. Once my card was charged, was i then told it was going to be another 4 minutes on the Blck Pepper chk..... At this point im extremely upset ... Then he hands me this small box of the new chicken i had to go with because im running late, back to work at this point. Not worth my MONEY or TIME!!!!!!!

First and last time. Ordered thru drive-thru, and pulled in parking lot to eat. Fried rice was old and crunchy. Actually hurt teeth. Went back inside and they knew the gave me bad rice. Had scraped the bottom of tray that had been sitting under the flame. Said it would be a while cause the cook was still making a new batch. Very disappointed, wont ever go back.

I Love Panda Express but I hate that they dont give you chopsticks unless you ask or even ask if youd prefer them. I hate eating Chinese or any Asian food with a fork. They have them for a reason, because they know people like me like to eat with chopsticks when it comes to Asian food and yet they dont ask, but every other Asian place you have to ask for the fork..

Give you a bunch of vegetables instead of meat. Say "We dont do special orders" if you ask for no vegetables just meat. They pack your bowl full of vegetables rice or noodles to keep from giving you much meat. Not worth what they charge, poor customer service. If you like vegetables with no meat then they are for you, but if not dont waste your time

I love panda express from hampton already and i tried this new location today and its way better because of the employess and service .. they made me wait little bit for teriyaki chicken so while i was waiting for their exuce they gave me free drink and extra beijing beef and they brought all to my table with honest smile :) thanks a lot guys

Customer Service is terrible and management is not visible. Main item dishes are often not ready and come with a 7-10 minute wait. This is unacceptable and this is were management is failing! This should not happen on a regular basis.. The amount of business lost here would make any owner concerned. Go down the street and eat elsewhere.

All these poor reviews speak for themselves. I only came here cause my kids were wanting to try it. NEVER AGAIN. The food here is whoafully basic, at best. Everything we tried was bland and had no flavor. This is nothing more than super processed slop that theyre serving and nothing more. If you want legit Chinese, DO NOT GO HERE.

Ordered family meal which included 3 large entrees. ONE we selected was Beef and Broccoli had only 4 or 5 pieces of beef. Talked to one of staff about the disproportionate amount of beef. Her solution was that I can buy another one. Next time I want to spend $8 on broccoli I know where to go. Oh wait, there will not be a next time.

I have just bought a bowl of black pepper chicken on the drive thru but when I started eating rice, rice was not even cooked, is was not even half voiled and it was no chicken ( just few pieces )but vegetables.i just wasted $6.50 this location just opened and the food quality is awful. Never going back again.

Very busy being they just opened but that just meant constant fresh and hot food that was very good for a fast food take out restaurant. Sweet tea was awful though. It was fruity but not marked that way like the one next to it was...

Panda Express is perfect when you want restaurant quality Chinese food, but at a fast food pace. Whether you go sweet, salty, or spicy, the food is hot, fresh, and piquant. I look forward to going back and trying other menu items.

My wife ordered on line. I waited in the drive thru to pick up for 25 minutes. The girl just handed it to me and said "This is yours." Got home and it was cold. I hope they turn this back into a gas station. Never going back.

The managers there need to learn how to tell time. Closing at 9 does not mean close the drive thru and put up all the tables at 8 so you can be out of there by 9. It means serving your customers until 9 and then cleaning up.
