I walked in and ordered egg drop soup and a large chicken fried rice. When I got home and my kids noticed the chicken was half raw I called the restaurant to let them know. The lady who claimed to be the General Manager said to bring it back and she would replace it. She said dont eat it just bring it back. Well my kids ate a little thats how they found out the chicken was half raw. When I brought the fried rice back the lady started getting nasty and yelling at me like ibwas a child. She said shes only replacing half cuz half was eaten, but it wasnt half eaten! She was raising her voice and arguing with me, so I just said it doesnt matter we wont come back here again. She said good dont come back... its bad enough they hardly speak good English, but for them to do bad business and fuss at me like its my fault. I will make sure I never step foot in there again!!

There is precious little English spoken and absolutely NONE understood. Our delivered order was all fouled up. When we asked them to deliver the meals they left out they refused as it was under their minimum. We went to the store and made NO headway trying to make them understand. We just lost our money. They refused to refund anything. While there, we observed them opening the steamed rice pot and pulling a pint size container out of the rice to scoop the rice into carry out containers. She did not wear gloves and used the same hands that a moment of go had been used to handle money. Then she threw the pint sized container back into the rice pot. Disgusting. We saw this repeated. It is a disgusting run restaurant. AND, no even minimal command of the English language. NONE! I know three families who will NEVER go back.

We ordered lunch and got three lunch combos...went to pick order up and bring home. Two of the orders were wrong and the price was $28.00...I called back because the lunch special is only 5.95 apiece...they informed me that we got the dinner special at 7.95 and up...why would I order a dinner special at lunchtime??? They should have asked....Food was okay....will not be going back....

Ordered Chicken & Broccoli very soggy and slimy chicken and flavor was awful. Also ordered General Tso Chicken which was only fried breading with no chicken. Over priced probably to keep the doors open!! Dont waste your money!! Will never go back!!

I often think people are only inclined to comment when it is time to complain. I have been ordering here for years, and they have never once messed up my order. The food is great, and customer service has always been spot on of me...

I have always had good service and food here. I eat here at least twice a month and the owners always recognize me when I come in to order. Their food is hot and fresh and they will make it without MSG if you ask.
