This place should really learn how to treat their customers. If I order a plain steak and cheese quesadilla and a plain chicken and cheese quesadilla, and ask when I order it what comes on it, and I am told meat and cheese, that is what I expect. Thats why I asked. So therefore, when I bring it back to you because there are onions on it, you should accept it gracefully because after all, I am the one who was inconvenienced in this situation. However, that is not the case in this establishment. Here, they open re-make your steak quesadilla, then proceed to use their bare hands to open your chicken one and tell you there are no onions on it. Then roll their eyes at you when you say you dont want the one she just put her hands in. I would have given them no stars, but it wont allow me to do that. They wont have to worry about my picky ass ever giving them my money again, thats a certainty.

The food took almost a hour and the fries and cheesteak were cold, when we told the waitress about it she explained to us the usual cook wasnt there. 3 tables left unsatisfied while we were there when we asked for the manager she came out with a attitude and asked us what we wanted to do and was EXTREMELY rude about the whole thing she never apologized and i overheard her say to another employee ughh always something! Horrible experience

I have been coming here for two years and have never had a problem with service, the menu, or inconsistencies with the products. Everything comes in fresh daily or as needed, cleanliness is spot on (even during busy hours), and food/drinks are priced well in accordance with vendor adjusted pricing, which unfortunately fluctuates due to demand. Keep an eye out for the new menu coming soon. Zing!

Seriously great food, everything is fresh & hand made. Creative dishes, accommodating chef & staff. They have almost everything you could be in the mood for. Philly steak themed flavors all delicious, salads are huge, must try the Philly Cheese Steak Eggrolls.

I loved the food, but the service left a lot to be desired. The prices charged were inconsistent with the menu and they refused to honor the menu prices. Not mentioned on the menu is condiments (such as tartar sauce) cost an additional amount.

I have been to Days Off Deli quite a few times and always get great food and service. Best cheese steaks and Italian sausage subs in southern Maryland. I love the quesadillas too.
