Well first of all the service was terrible. While waiting for our orders she would walk by several times before asking if we would like another drink. And then when my order came (I got the fried seafood platter with hush puppies, oysters, lump crab balls, shrimp, flounder and my two sides were loaded baked potato, and Mac and cheese) I was supposed to have flounder on my plate but it came with tilapia instead either the server doesnt know her fish or she blatantly lied to me when I asked her about it she "said oh no honey thats flounder" well I know my fish and knew it wasnt flounder and would have argued the matter but everything on the plate tasted the same it was all bland with no flavor flavors and all of it tasted like it was frozen at some point in time nothing was fresh so didnt see the point in trading crap for the same tasting crap and the hush puppies the call hush puppies are not so. Unless frying plain corn meal with nothing in it is a hush puppy to you and to top it off they put a piece of rotting lettuce on my plate as a garnishment. Please do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. I have it a 2 because the sides were ok and the view was nice but not worth it

Its a local bar and grill with cold beer and typical bar food. They have a good atmosphere with water views, plenty of TVs, and a local favorite - KENO! The eating areas include the bar, bar hightops, dining room (which is within sight and earshot of the bar), and outside on the deck. Anglers is one of the few local restaurants to boast Sunrise views. They keep a calendar of bar activities from live music to trivia to karaoke. Well off the main drag, the property is set back as part of the Beacon Marina and Quality Inn hotel which supply many of the patrons. They have seafood and their prices are lower than other area seafood restaurants but it is definitely not the premier seafood restaurant in Solomons. The breakfast is a solid choice with plenty of good options at a reasonable price.

Well we went to Anglers after playing tennis for 3 hours and it was an absolute delight! The drinks were cold and tasty! Dawn our server was on point and very attentative. The food, hush puppies reminded me of those from Chesapeake Bay Seafood House. They were hot, tasty, and golden brown. The cream of crab and Maryland crab soup were both very authentic, rich in crab meat and flavorful to the palette. It was SO much food that we had to get to go boxes. The view from the marina was very relaxing!!!! It is a must see and do!

You will NOT be disappointed with your choice at Anglers!! Our waiter was awesome, our food was outrageous and we left completely content. The shrimp are HUGE and the best on the island - we tried them everywhere we went. Anglers is above and beyond what you are looking for for good food on Solomons. From the shrimp to the Haddock to the mac and cheese. It was awesome the whole way through! Try it out and see what they are all about. Definitely coming back in the future! :)

Took over one and a half hour for our diner and was very cold, from the steak to green beans to mushroom and onions on the steak. Must have been in the kitchen for quiet some time before the waitress realized it had been ready to serve. Also did not see our waitress during our wait to ask her where our diner was. Very poor service, would not recommend. There are many better places to eat in the area. Pass this one by

Great set up. On the water. Tucked away. Unfortunately, as far as the servers were concerned, we were tucked away as well. We were seated right away and then just sat there with our 2 young children for 10 minutes with menus and not one person came to check on us. We saw another table get up and leave and 2 other tables that had yet to get service either. So we gave up and left. I do not recommend going there.

Looks like other people had the same problem we did. Long wait. Long time to even get your drinks. Food came out at different times. Look like not enough servers to handle a simple Thursday night. Waited for check for 20 minutes finally had to go find someone that we knew that worked there to bill us out. You will be frustrated. Nice place and view. Thats about all.

Stopped in Sunday AM. Nice they open before 11. Service was great. Coffee great. Nice view. Food, not so much. I ordered 2 eggs over medium, toast and home fries. The eggs were more raw than over easy, toast wasnt even toasted. If they cant get something this simple right I am not going to try dinner. Tea was way too expensive.

Great food and drinks, live entertainment as well as karaoke every Friday. You cant beat the beautiful setting right on a Marina with gorgeous water views. The wait staff are super and the crowd is a great mix of the local boat community, wandering seafarers, guests from the nearby Quality Inn, and karaoke regulars

I had a Cheeseburger and French fries and the fries were the worst fries I have ever had. They are very proud of their food also. The cost for a Cheeseburgerand fries with a coke was almost fifteen dollars. If I had a chose to go somewhere else for a meal I would choose another place on the Island to eat.

The food is very good if a little pricey. The atmosphere is great, its right on the water and has a very nice patio for dining. The inside is a little small and gets busy later on the weekends. I would definitely recommend a visit if you are catching a concert at the Marine museum

Came out there for a date night with my BF. We didnt realize that we came in only 30 minutes before closing. However, our waiter was pretty nice, he didnt mind us hanging out a little past the closing time. The food was good and reasonable price. Such a lovely view!

There is no place where I want to go!! We waited over 30 minutes for breakfast! I ordered a veggie inlet which had too much spinach in it not enough vegetables. Also the sausage on the breakfast bar was too overcooked.. the guys only had one plate which....

I giving this place 1 star because of the lovely patio view. It is probably okay as a bar, the restaurant food is bad. Plain and simple. Processed and frozen food barely warmed up. It is all over priced. The waitress was the same. We wont be back.

Terrible service. Watched 3 other couples just get up and leave. I dont blame the waitresses. I blame the management. Big show last night and only a couple people working 40 tables. Nice girls though, Very apologetic. Maybe next time.

The good.. Our waitress was very nice and provided great service. The bad... the food was served cold and took a really long time when the restaurant was half empty. Not worth the drive to Solomons. Not worth the money.
