This was my first time going to Bonefish Grill. Several people told us about the wonderful food. My wife and I decided to try it for her birthday since it is really close to the movies and she loves seafood. It started out very well. We came in about 6:30pm and were seated right away. The waitress (Theresa) came up in less than 5 minutes and gave us the run down on specials and recommendations. We order 2 appetizers and got them fairly quickly. The appetizers tasted amazing. Both I and my wife said we could not wait for the main course since the appetizers were so good. Unfortunately, we did have to wait and wait and wait… Theresa came over every so often to apologize and tell us they were working on it but after a while of hearing that excuse you really don’t care you just want your food. About 45 minutes AFTER we completed the appetizers we got our plates. My wife got the crab cakes. They were small and dried out as if they were cooked to long and her vegetables were cold. I got the sirloin steak and crab cake. My crab cake was smaller than my wife’s and my steak was over cooked and tough. I sent the steak back and eat my tiny crab cake, cold vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. About 15ish minutes later they brought out a new steak, it was still over cooked but not a tough as the first one. I did not want to send it back again because I did not was the chiefs “special” sauce added to my meal. Over all I spent $90.00 dollars for 2 people to have subpar food very slowly. I don’t see us returning any time soon.

I went to the bathroom and saw and employee come from the stall and go straight back to work with out washing his hands. To make matters worst I go in the the same stall and see fecal matter on the floor and feces left in the toilet. I almost threw up my bang bang shrimp all over his floater. I had to go very bad so I flushed his floater away and covered the doggy turd with toilet paper. I decided to leave a big man size present for the staff in the bowl. If your gonna leave a brown bomber behind and Dookie on the floor make sure its man size not some baby skid mark. Other than the fecal matter left on the floor by the employee, and him not washing his hands after leaving such a sad turd on the floor this place was pretty good.

First time here, wont be the last. We had Jon as a server. He was pleasant and attentive, but didnt rush us through our meal on a Saturday night. My wife had Mahi Mahi and I had the Salmon. My wife has food allergies so she had some special requests that were handled flawlessly with a smile. Food came out hot and exactly as requested. One appetizer, two entrees and 3 glasses of wine came to a very reasonable $70 for this quality of service and food. If I forced myself to find one negative it would be that since we ate around 8pm, the heavy dinner crowd emptied and the background music seemed too loud once the crowd thinned. I found myself having to talk over it by the end of the meal. Overall terrific meal

Ive been to Bonefish Grill twice and sat at the bar each time. This is a new establishment in the area, so well let the newness wear off before the real critics comment. Personally, this is a great place to eat. I love how their menu if viewed online breaks down into a variety of sections, for example, there is a gluten-free section. OKAY... What did I have. I had the Bang Bang Shrimp and Bang Chicken. They are both prepared on a bed of lettuce and served with this spicy sauce. Id say, since it is baseball season, a HOME RUN. To close, it is always a pleasure when the hostess to acknowledge you as leave the establishment with I hope you enjoyed yourself and Do come again. Im impressed.

Great location, nice ambiance.. the services can tighten up in some crucial areas. Our seater walked ahead and never acknowledged us, our server was really good and accomodating, but communication between the kitchen and the servers had our desserts coming out 15min after we ordered them. The food was decent, not dynamite, but good. Overall it is not a bad spot for a evening out to eat.

We came in really early for lunch and we had a wonderful waitress who was very attentive to our needs. The Bang Bang Shrimp was delicious, my friend fried cod and fries and he loved it. I had some Alaskan cod with two sides. Everything was cooked to perfection, my complaint was "there really was no seasoning on my fish a little salt wouldve had me back there this week!

I must say I have not had service this great in a long time if youre as lucky as I was you will get great servers I mean two thumbs up for Bonefish Grill and definitely five stars and two thumbs up for servers Owen and Matt these two guys did an awesome job and as Ive said previously its been so long since I have had such magnificent Top Flight service...

We went for lunch a month ago and the service was great and food. However dinner was the same size as lunch and this evening we had to wait to get silverware and straws? It was odd once I notified the manager they started to be professional again. We got free desserts which was a nice gesture. My in laws had a good time and that was the whole point.

The Bay Scallops were remarkable!! I shared the meal with my dining partner and they split the dish and plated it for us and for no extra plate charge. Then there was Owen, our Server. He was awesome!! In fact, it is because of Owen that we went beyond appetizers. Owen is the best!!!

Bang Bang Shrimp was amazing! All of the food was delicious. Our waiter, Chris, was attentive and gave great descriptions to help us choose our meals. The manager also came by and she was really sweet. They pamper their customers here and my family will be back.

This place is absolutely AMAZING! Food is wonderful! My best frind took me to one down in Flordia then i told my husband about it he was on the fence at frist because all i kept calling it was "Bang Bang" finally brought him and he loves it! Staff is great too

FANTASTIC!! First of all our waiter was amazing, she was so polite and provided us with helpful information and made sure our orders were perfect. The food was amazing too, I had the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos and they were fabulous. Would definitely recommend!

Took more than an hour to get the Kobe burger. Owner came out and apologized which made the situation better.. .but others have mentioned this in other reviews so just be aware that this may happen.. .otherwise a great new place to have close to home

Love coming here. Bang Bang Shrimp is delicious and discounted on certain days of the week. When not discounted its a big overpriced in my opinion but they do give you a lot of it. Love the pan asian sauce on anything its super yummy.
