So, just moved to the area, Osaka Japanese Express menu was one of the menus provided by the leasing office. Fried rice wasnt bad, every place puts their own spin on it. I have had better hibachi before, but for almost $45.00 for fried rice and shrimp hibachi and a sushi roll, I guess I was expecting more. When my husband went to eat the sushi roll, he asked me why does it smell like this. We eat sushi all the time, now the menu only offers three rolls all cooked, so I figured what the heck, cant mess a California Roll up too bad. The roll smelled sooo sour it made me gag. I called the Osaka and spoke to "Cinderella" who stated that its okay we season it with vinegar, (no where on the menu does it say roll seasoned and dipped in vinegar) explained that I am not interested in this I will bring it back. Cinderella proceeds to ask me for my address I give it, she then states "I always have issues with people in that area". At this point I am highly offended. All I wanted to do was return bad food. Not only was the food bad, but also the customer service. I will never ever recommend or eat at this establishment again, nor will they keep my money. Very disappointing experience considering this being my first experience with a restaurant in the area.

Was expecting a little more.... especially for the price. Got the chicken/shrimp teriyaki (lunch) with a water and it came to over 10 bucks. Most of it was rice and veggies with very little meat and it was that precooked meat that Chinese carryout use. Shrimp tender, but chicken was dry, veggies over cooked. Service was equivalent to the chicken. I wont be coming back, but glad I know about what they have to offer.

Tried this place out for the first time and they seemed like any Asian carry out. The lady I spoke to was very rude and seemed like she didnt have time to take my order. I ended up getting their Special "D" which was steak and shrimp with veggies and fried rice. For the price, I was expecting more meat than a couple pieces. If I just wanted rice than I would have ordered rice. I would not come back to here.

best lunch and dinner place, right next to my office. I think im hooked for life!! the owners and staff are super friendly and personable and its the best hibachi to go ever! in fact theres no other restaurant that delivers better fresher or tastier entrees anywhere. This is my favorite local restaurant to support for years now. conveniently off RT 295 exit

My co-workers and I get food from their lunch specials every Thursday and its the highlight of my work week. Their yum sauce is extremely delicious and they have very generous portions for what you pay. Depending on whether Ive had a snack, I cant always finish all my food. Definitely check it out if youre local - your stomach will thank you!

Horrible delivery service! Who scans bank cards? Isnt that a privacy issue? I felt violated and when I declined, I was told that I could not get my food even after my card was already processed. Refund... I was told that hopefully my bank would accept it.

I ordered for takeout the rib eye and teriyaki chicken with fried rice. The chicken was good, the ribe eye steak was too tough and horrible. The fried rice didnt taste much like fried rice. The veggies wree ok. Things could have been less sweet and salty.

I ordered wings and fries for lunch. First they charged me more than was one the menu and told me it was an old menu. The wings were overcooked and dry and they did not even offer wing sauces. I would not recommend this restaurant. Stay away

The food did not fit the description nor the pictures. The customer service was HORRIBLE! I called and spoke with her over the phone and she began screaming at me because I told her the food wasnt as described. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I love this place! Great customer service and amazing food! My fav is the combo platter habachi salmon and teriyaki chicken! You get alot! for what you pay for! Yum yum sauce is to amazing!!!

Ordered Chicken for dinner. Did delivery. did not taste fresh. I thought Hibachi meant tasty, fresh, and hot food. The first time I tried it was 4/5 stars. Ill try for lunch next time

Huge portion of food for decent price. I got a shrimp, steak & chicken combo. It was good fresh but would not recommend for reheat. The chicken didnt really taste like chicken.

Osaka has been a favorite of mine since they first opened years ago. Love their Black Pepper dishes. Yakisoba is GREAT. Takes me back to when I was in Japan back in the 80s.

Had the filet mignon, shrimp and salmon. Not too sure that filet was authentic as it was chewy. The shrimp were decent. The salmon was the best part of the meal.
