Was overcharged for my food. The cashier wanted to cancel my order instead of giving it to me at the advertised special on a flyer right next to the register. Then, my food sat on the counter forever before they gave it to me. I had to get up and wave them down at the counter for 5 minutes as the cooks stood around not paying attention. Beware of false advertising. Also, the staff there are jerks. Thats why I will never return to any Sarku.

Great location. Plenty of parking service is quick quality is just like the mall locations. Weve been receiving a lot of mail ads lately from them. Decided to give them a shot. Have to say my family and I are fans and have dined here over 3x the last 3 weeks. There is Panda Express next door, quick fire hibachi down the street and a couple of other Chinese spots. Not sure if this tops the list, but I feel for the price its reasonable

The food was really good but it took a long time to get our order of two teriyaki chicken specials. We came ahead of a lunch rush but noticed the food was prepared by multiple orders at a time. Had we been on a lunch break, we wouldnt have been able to eat before returning to work.

I really do try to like Sarku because Im big on Japanese food. However, Sarku locations, especially this one, just dont serve quality food. My stomach is always upset after I eat here and I dont plan on ever going back.

When they first opened this location it was good. Now the food is super greasy and it doesnt taste good. The restaurant itself is very dirty. The tables are always sticky and disgusting. Very disappointed.

Really good sushi, such a variety of choices. I went a while back so my memory is foggy, but I think the portions were a bit smaller than I anticipated. I dont like their wine though.
