The person who took my order was very rude I brought 4 people for lunch theGenral sows chicken was either Burnt or well done . Had two other people try to eat my leftovers and it was not good when we asked for a box for leftovers we were totally ignored. Trust me you do with service you will have a customer for life but they could have cared less that we were there dont get it a hard echonomy , Was in there couple years back the food was great the service was great and I dont get it . I do chemo an the genral is my chemo food not even people that have healthy digestive tract could not stach it . Even asked a bout an entrée and the person taking my order snapped at me and told me if I didnt like it I wouldnt get my money back. All we asked was what it taste like . I know if you order an entrée and its cooked correctly and you dont like it I dont ask for my money back !

I visited Number 1 Szechuan for lunch and was highly disappointed and unsatisfied. I informed of food allergy several times and when dish was brought out it was covered with food that could potentially be fatal to me. I informed server and snapped at me and then asked me point blank to try it first & if I did not like it that they would then remake something. Are you serious? You want me to eat a food that could kill me and if I do not like it then I can order something else? Ordered general tso chicken and still food was not good. Tasted as though it was from leftovers from the 2 days ago. I had two bites and i was done. I also questioned cleanliness of silverware/cups as did not look clean. Visited place once in past and similar experience..... unfortunately will not recommend.

Best chines food around!! My husband and I eat here at least once maybe twice a week and we love it!! The portions sizes are always more than enough. Everything we have tried has been delicious. I use to not be a big fan of chinese food but thanks to #1 Szechuan, I am a HUGE fan and it makes my husband happy since he LOVES it :) April F

This food was so horrible that I just ordered it on my lunch break and had to write a review quickly I ordered General tso lunch special I literally got 5 pieces of small chicken that was so tart Ive never had Chinese food this bad and the free egg roll oh my goodness disgusting. Never will I eat there again!!!

Food is all deep fried. Anything tastes good deep fried. Seems like the people who work there have a general distaste for their customers. The guy cant be bothered to explain the menu or wait while you decide what you want. If you want quick cheap fried Chinese food then go here.

Worst Chinese food ever. Just had to throw away $30 worth. Completely inedible. Poor excuse for chicken and broccoli, sesame chicken had a similar resemblance to a hockey puck, and dumplings were salty and soggy. This is our second bad experience with this place. Never again.

There food was great but the service was horrible. The owner, Im assuming, was yelling, screaming at the top of his lungs through out our whole meal. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. A smile goes a long way dude.
